took a while to get the orders out but my review isn’t based upon the time it took it was the quality of the food. yesterday it was phenomenal so i went back today. it was cold and just not what i wanted the only thing that was good was the premade pie. for the time it took to get the food i had higher expectations will most likely come back to try them again but if this is the expectation from the future i’ll go to skyline or taco bell and taco bell isn’t the greatest but my go to

11-29-25 Saturday, on Delhi pike, Went to drive thru @ 10:50p, a female employee on speaker box spoke and said hold on , I was sitting at speaker box for almost 15 mins, The female employee came back on speaker box being rude when I told her I been waiting for almost 15 mins, If I could give burger king zero stars for tonight I would’ve. Burger King on Delhi pike on 11-29-25 Saturday @ 10:50pm female employee awful customer service!! She need to take a class on customer service skills, on how to treat customers correctly. She a nasty rude employee. She need a job where she’s working a computer job in a cubicle alone. She don’t need to be working with the public. Professional customer service way ( the correct way) this the way the female employee should’ve responded — My apologies Ma’am we’re experiencing a long wait time possibly 10-20 mins because of online orders do you still want to place a order? Corporate needs to send her to customer service skills class immediately. It was a guy working the drive thru few weeks ago @ night he was nice at speaker box and at window they need to put him back on schedule.

The guy who helped me was awesome! I didn’t catch his name but he has a bunch of tattoos. I forgot to give him my code from the app before I ordered and he was very patient, making sure my rewards points were used. Having worked in fast food, I know how frustrating that can be as an employee! Give this man a raise!!!

The night crew, specifically the woman working the front counter, with the pink hair…is so trashy. She failed to greet us, I mean literally didn’t acknowledge us…and prioritized a conversation with a friend over actually working. She kept YELLING to her friend how Thursday is her last day. She’s quitting. Laughing so loud and just obnoxious. Needless to say, we left. What a terrible experience I had. I rarely come here, but wow…I will literally never step foot in here again. I will be contacting corporate regarding this issue as well. There are so many people desperate for a job, and then you unfortunately have people like this who are undeserving and just undesirable.

Got to the drive thru at 11:15pm and waited nearly ten minutes just to be told they’re closed despite the owner updating the “holiday hours” to say they’d be open until midnight. HA!
This location is a dumpster fire. They never have the sign lights on and do everything they can to look closed as soon as it gets dark. This has been going on for over a year, so frankly I kind of hope this place closes. At least a restaurant that will ACTUALLY BE OPEN could move in to serve the hungry patrons of Delhi.

I eat Burger King 4 to 5 times a week either from the two Glenway locations or the Delhi location I almost always use the mobile app and double check my order before sending it the Glenway locations get my order right almost every single time and a few times it’s not they fix it. The Delhi location has gotten my past four orders wrong I don’t realize until I get home, so there’s nothing they’ll do about it tonight I turn around and go back through the line when I show Heather that my food did not have barbecue sauce on it I was told I was lying and she tried to charge me for barbecue sauce. she is extremely rude and I will be calling the GM on Monday , and also calling corporate no, Customer should be treated the way I just was for simply asking for the food to be correct

Had to call the store to make sure they were even open. Took longer than usual for me to get my order and when I did I was missing one out of two of my sandwiches. Guess I learned my lesson, will not be back anytime soon.
