Very happy with our to-go order. We got BBQ Korean Fried Chicken and Bulgogi Fries and they were both delicious! The bulgogi packed more flavor then the chicken but we would easily get both again. We had never had Korean fried chicken before and were surprised by the slightly crunchy airy feel to the chicken. Does not give you the usual fried chicken vibes but in the best way.

Literally if I could give this place 10 stars I would. My boyfriend and I are not from the area but every time that we are here we make it a point to stop because the food always hits the spot. I would say the prices are average and the food came out really fast and really really good.

This place is Aesthetically pleasing. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable. Very nice and professional. The food was fresh. Served hot and good portions. However, the flavor was lacking. I was excited to try this place. I wanted to love it. I had the correct sauces and amount of coverage. It tasted bland. I felt like something was missing. The sauces were pleasant, the flavors did not show up to work.

Was really excited to try this place. I got a 5 finger combo with kimchi as a side. The tenders are fried unlike what you’re familiar. It’s a crispy crust and tastes good, but it’s not your standard fry method! The sauces on the tenders was good, but there was almost no spice that I hoped for. The service was kind and helpful! It wasn’t the Korean Fried Chicken experience I hoped for, but it was a good meal.

This food is NOTHING like Korean. I want to speak to the owner. I was very excited to try this and drove 1 hour since I know how delicious Korean fried chicken is. After I pick my food, I couldn’t believe my eyes. I am pretty persuaded this restaurant is not owner by Korean. I complain about the burnt donuts and no sauce on the chicken, the employee’s response was very unpleasant. I wish I can post pictures. This is NOT authentic Korean fried chicken. Don’t fool other people.

Customer service was amazing. Every person we spoke to was very helpful and patient as we asked question about the menu.
My boyfriend and I ordered the pork potstickers, the tacos with sesame soy chicken and a tenders meal.
Everything was delicious. The food is made to order. We had 1 person before us and waited 15 minutes for the food. They also carry Pepsi products, which makes me happy. This is easily a new favorite for us. I can’t wait to go back and try more items on the menu.
The only disappointment is they do not offer all the items on the full Bonchon menu at this location.

Beyond disappointed. It’s a new place, so of course it was slammed, and that means a longer wait time. That’s fine, totally fair. We waited an hour for our food and it was a mess. Not only was it not double breaded, my strips were missing the majority of the breading. The few spots of breading weren’t crunchy because it was cold. I would have sent it back if I wasn’t so hungry. The taste was fine, I’m sure it would have been amazing if it were hot and breaded like it should have been. We won’t be going back, sadly.

I ordered the drumsticks and some dumplings the other day. They were both good and properly prepared. The only bummer was that my wife is a vegetarian and there wasn’t any entrees that is for vegetarian so she only got some veggie dumplings. Other than that I have enjoyed the food, place is clean and the people were nice!
