Never been inside so I can’t judge their inside fr, but they turn off their online ordering to where it says problem processing your payment information. If you can’t order online after a certain time it should be known on your website. The food is fine, just bs a service is advertised that clearly isn’t available. This is the 3rd time we’ve tried ordering from this location is the only reason I’m even leaving a review, 5 different forms of payment all with sufficient funds to cover a 50 dollar order, all transactions denied ♀️ Dominos it is

I really loved Papa Johns and I am one of the avid customers.
Today, i am very disheartened as I stood up in front of the cashiers counter completely ignored. I read the pamplete menu right in front of the register and hoping i could start my order. I was still ignored. The attendant was just in front of me did not even bother to ask a potential customer after glancing at me for barely a second. I was not just standing for a few minutes, i was standing im front of the cashier “for a very long time and were I was the only customer.”
Customer Service in this place is terrible. The cashier in the register by anymeans does not care at all for the customers coming in. I felt like I was ignored because of my race or because of how i looked. I saw the workers laughing as I went out the door.
I decided to go to Dominos now and I feel happier.

Not worth it. My bf and I ordered an Alfredo pizza with EXTRA sauce on it on the app and when it arrived the pizza has ZERO sauce. When we called the manager she told us there wasn’t a name under the order even though we could see the name on the app and his phone number. Never again will we get pizza from here! If I could give zero stars I could.

Shoutout to Evan at Papa John’s — he was working solo and STILL made the whole order come out perfect. The food was hot, fresh, and straight up bomb . You can tell he cares about the quality. Definitely the kind of service that makes you come back again.

2 times in a row i’ve ordered pizzas from here with well done bake, and both times have barely been cooked. the bottom of the pizza is almost white. just because the crust has color doesn’t mean it’s done. do better, seriously.

Tonight, Evan made one of the best pizzas I’ve ever tasted. The crust was the right thickness and baked to perfection. In addition, the toppings were fresh and the sauce was just the right amount. Hereafter, I will order the same pizza. Thanks to the Papa John’s staff in Radcliff, KY 40160.

I usually have a good experience with this location. The food is what the food is. The main issue is the dust. Standing at the counter, if you look up, you will see a air filter that looks like it hasn’t been changed in about a year. All I can think is, I hope none of that falls in the food. Also there is just years of dust build up in the over head vents. So sad. My effect where I get my pizza from now on.

Placed an order online for carryout and headed to the location to pick them up. Live on Fort Knox, less than 5 minute drive. Got their prior to pickup time, headed in when the status changed to ready, and all items were Luke warm. It honestly looked, felt, and tasted old, nothing looked fresh. Cinnamon pullaway was burnt on the bottom, bread was stale, and like the pizza, looked/tasted old and dry. Waste of money and will not be returning.
