I ordered three pizzas and tots and one of my pizzas had a hole in the middle of it and the crust was super thin. I know that’s it’s New York style but I’ve ordered this same pizza before and it wasn’t this thin. It wasn’t only the food that was bad. When I showed up I parked in the front and I saw two workers sitting in the lobby on their phone.

I ordered my pizza at 7:23 didn’t get my pizza until a hour later had to drive back to the store bc my order was incorrect and was told they had a lot going on once I ask the lady about my correct pizza a man walk in behind me I thought he was a customer too but he wasn’t he was someone boyfriend wanting to argue with me a grown man now while three women behind the counter is laughing while me and this random man argue but he knew the women I ordered online a pepperoni and mushroom pan pizza and this is what I got I will never order from you guys again and I was threatened by a grown man who doesn’t even work there

Would give -5 stars if possible. Horrible isn’t a strong enough word. Ordered $75 worth of food and none of it was good enough for the garbage. My 16 piece buffalo wings had basically no sauce whatsoever. Whoever prepared them should be fired immediately. I will never order from here again. Complete trash.

I’m just thankful I waited to call until after the delivery. If I had voiced my concern beforehand, I honestly don’t know what kind of experience I would’ve had. That’s why I felt it necessary to make a record of this encounter.
When I called to discuss an issue with my recent order, I was connected with a manager. I calmly tried to explain where the breakdown in communication had occurred, but instead of listening, the manager took a defensive stance.
He acted like a “right fighter,” insisting that he had personally made the pizza and that it was correct.
He repeatedly said, “I don’t mean to be rude,” but used that phrase as a prelude to doubling down and shutting down my concern rather than hearing me out.
When I tried to clarify the difference between hand-stretched/tossed versus deep dish, he abruptly ended the call.
He incorrectly insisted that “pan pizza” referred to hand-stretched, when my understanding (and likely many customers) is that pan pizza typically refers to a thicker crust baked in a pan.
In dominos case, it’s a pre-assembled disc which comes in a plastic bag and it’s doused with garlic butter and it’s a different texture altogether than is the hand-tossed (which comes into the store and sets up to rise inside the cooler for an undetermined amount of time) and gets stretched out until it reaches size and shape of your topical 12 or 14 inch medium or large.

Apparently when you submit an issue via the app you may get a free pizza but they never inform the store so they can fix any issues. The last three or four times I’ve ordered a medium pan pizza it has been undercooked or toppings slid off in box. This time was the worst yet. The cheese was all in the center of the pizza and I could see raw dough. So I removed all of the toppings and this is what was underneath, absolute Raw dough. I put it in my oven to try to cook it more but it was just a disaster so it was thrown out to the deer. I called the store to discuss the issue and possible solutions and asked that they test the same Pizza to see what they’re doing wrong. The manager was very rude, just kept saying she would give me a free pizza, didn’t want to hear what I had to say, then suggested that I use the app and put in the notes that I need the pizza well done. Boy was that a shock! I have to now tell you to cook my pizza completely? I will not be ordering from this location again. Sad because I really enjoyed their food but it’s gone downhill.

Ordered in advance by phone, picked up at drive up window. Pizza was ready and hot. Got home to find pizza slightly overcooked. Did not care for the sausage topping. A bit too chunky for me. Was expecting sausage rounds that look like brown pepperoni. New York style crust kind of missed the mark. Was more like doughy thin crust rather than New York style, but was ok. Will order again with conventional crust and different topping.

First time using delivery as I typically pick up. They took almost two hours to deliver an order to an address less than five minutes away. I spoke with multiple reps, even the General Manager and every single one claimed the driver was “on the way.” When the food finally showed up, it was cold. No apology, no accountability, no attempt to make it right. Come to find out, they delivered it to the wrong address first initially. Terrible service all around.

Great food , great customer service! We have had a couple issues with our last two orders but they made things right and the food was great! Super reasonable prices! Lucy ( the lady that took our order ) is super sweet and great at her job! She’s very friendly and goes above and beyond to give the best customer service possible! This girl needs a raise!! Keep up the great work! We need more Lucy’s in the customer service department!!!

There was a missing brownie with the delivery of my Marble Cookie Brownie order. I find it hard to believe that this order was “quality checked” with a missing brownie. In addition, the delivery driver took the boxes out of the thermal bag in his car, versus handing me the boxes from the bag when at the door, which I have on surveillance. In North Carolina, tampering with food or beverages can be a felony! I hope that’s not what happened here.

Amazing experience ordering from the Domino’s here in Reidsville. This was my first time ordering through them and I was blown away! I ordered two pizzas at 9:06 pm on a Friday night so I was absolutely expecting delivery to take awhile. Any time I’ve ordered on a Friday night in the past (from different pizza places) I’ve experienced wait times close to 1.5 or 2 hours! Somehow Domino’s managed to have my order at my doorstep in just 26 minutes… and I live on the opposite end of town! I still have no idea how this is possible! VERY quick service!
Pizza arrived piping hot with beautifully gooey cheese. They did not skip out on the toppings, either- my pizza came loaded with tons of fresh veggies and meats! The crust was cooked perfectly and everything tasted incredible. Whoever is managing this place is doing a wonderful job.
I am very pleased with my experience and will definitely be ordering from these guys again soon. Best pizza I’ve had in awhile!
