Been coming to this location for a decade. Its gotten bad. Always out of plain bagels and other items. Just got told at 11:04 am that I couldnt order an Avocado toast since it was lunch. Its like the only way to get the basics is to complain. And that’s not a fun way to eat. We will still come here, mostly cause …..well…..my kids like it. I used to …..edit. kathleen was nice

Their prices at the drive thru are not updated. When charged for a cup of Mac n cheese, and a cup of chicken noodle soup, we were charged a dollar extra for the mac n cheese alone than what i believe was listed on the drive-thru menu.

I paid a total of $8.55 for less than a half of bowl of soup. That is ridiculous! Stop being cheap with the servings. It doesn’t cost much to make broccoli cheddar soup. The least you can do is give us full bowl when paying for a bowl of soup! The second picture is supposedly a mango smoothie. Please train your staff on how to properly prepare the dishes!

People have always been nice here. I bought the year membership for the drink club because I come here to work on the computer often. Now they have wifi issues. I wish I could cancel the membership but I can’t so be warned. If they fix the wifi issues I will update.

Portions sizes ridiculously small for the price esp when I watched a dine in chicken salad sandwich have two portions of salad and mine barely have a scoop. Service was ok. I’ll never eat at this location again, one bad experience is enough for me.

Went here with my son and the food was delicious. The staff and atmosphere was nice! Nice little spot to have a private conversation and walk away feeling good because there was nothing fried or greasy sitting at the bottom of your stomach. By the way, pictured here is the Napa almond chicken salad half sandwich with wild chicken rice soup, broccoli cheddar soup with pepperoni flatbread pizza.

We ordered delivery. Chicken was left off of my chicken chipotle sandwich, tomatoes left off of my wife’s sandwich making it super dry and everything was way smaller than it used to be. I will not be ordering from panera again.

Not a fan of this particular location. My partner and I have been here twice and both times some of the vegetables were slimy or overly browned like the cucumber, tomatoes and avocado. I had to separate much of our food because we physically couldn’t eat it. The cucumbers were so slimy, they slid out of our fingers. The avocado was so brown, there is no way they had been freshly sliced and if they were, it means they were old and overly ripe and I don’t want to talk about the tomatoes. I have never been to a Panera that sent out their food looking that way. But reading some of these other reviews, I’m seeing it’s location based for sure. I’ll just stay away from this location moving forward.

No one was putting the pile of mobile orders out. No one bothered to acknowledge those of us waiting. Lettuce and cilantro was wilted in my salad. Panera asked for a review of my experience but didn’t bother to reach back out or acknowledge that I was unhappy.
