Honestly disappointed, $50 for this , the pizza is fine because I put it in the air fryer , the buffalo melt was a whole one or at least that’s how I was charged but it’s only two pieces for 12.99 with four soggy wings , if I would have known it was door dash I probably would’ve would have just picked up because it gets even colder as it sets eta was 7:04 was actually delivered at 7:38 , I own a meal prep and catering company if I served this all my customers would be disappointed for the price , we don’t eat out any more for this exact reason .

Hadn’t been to Pizza Hut in a long time. Tried the Boerne location a couple times recently…both times for take out with having ordered online. Online ordering was relatively simple. Both times the pizzas were ready within the 15mins stated and when picked up there were no other customers in the building. Location is clean and staff was friendly. First time we ordered pizza only and the pizza was excellent (not over or underdone). The most recent time, we tried pizza and a melt…both were over cooked and very crusty. If this would have been our first time to Pizza Hut, it probably would have turned us off to them. We will give them another chance since we have had a good pizza from them.

I really hate to do any kind of a negative review, but when there’s people standing around manager included, and we are the only dine in people in the restaurant and our pizza sits up in the window and looses a lot of temperature. Almost to the point of too cool to eat. After 28 minutes and we had to go check on our order. Somethings wrong in the system there at this restaurant. The pizza was good, just bad service.

In recent years we’ve been ordering pizza from Bella Sera, but the last time we paid almost $30 for a MEDIUM. So we decided to go back to Pizza Hut last night. My wife ordered online and supposedly we were there before it came out of the oven. As I walked out with one hand under the box, I thought to myself that it wasn’t very warm. Ok I thought. Maybe the heat hadn’t gotten through the box yet. We only live about 6 or 7 minutes away so the pizza wouldn’t have time to cool much, but when we started to eat it, it was obvious that it had NOT been freshly cooked. It was cool and the whole thing seemed as if it were leftover pizza that had been refrigerated then nuked. It was awful. No way had it been freshly made. We didn’t finish it.
It should be said that we used to order pizza here and it has always been good, but it’s been quite a while.
I have to believe this wasn’t a one-off. It wasn’t like oops we left off the mushrooms. Everyone knows what leftover pizza it like. Nothing you do can make it taste like a freshly cooked one. This pizza was just like that.

We ordered pizza and wings for carryout on 12/31/2025 for lunch. When my husband went to pick up the order, the pizzas were done, but the wings were not because they forgot to turn on the fryer. The pizzas were just sitting out getting cold, and my husband had to ask them to put them in the warmer while they cooked the wings.
He ended up waiting 30 minutes past the scheduled pickup time. The staff did ask if they could give him something for the delay, and he said yes garlic sauce but they forgot that too.
Overall, this experience was extremely disappointing. Poor organization, lack of attention to orders, and no real effort to make things right. This location is just sad and horrible.

The Google and Apple listed hours state they’re open til 11pm on Saturday. I placed an online order at 10:33. Arrived at the store to find an employee at the door, telling me their oven wasn’t working consistently. What she was saying made no sense at all. She said I could wait while they see if the oven will work. Went in and they clearly had everything put away and cleaned up. She was just making excuses to convince me to not wait for my order, so they could close early. Ridiculous! If you’re not going be open til 11p, change your store hours. They also did not cancel my order, and I was charged for it!

Went to pick up my order at the register while others were there at the other counter talking about what they would get. Lady at the cashier skipped me even though I was there to get my stuff and go.
Some of us don’t have all day to wait after we place food before hand. Almost made me late for for standing there waiting. There should be more than one person at the counter or the person should have asked someone to help.
Will not be returning any day that I am going to work cause this place is just too unpredictable. Will be disputing with my bank

Wouldn’t darken their door ever again. Walk in at 1:00pm, 2 people in the dining room. Snotty little girl at the register says they aren’t taking orders right now. They have a 30 minute wait off???? There once was a time when customers and customer service mattered. Pizza Hut will never get another dime of my money!!!!!!!
