Might want to consider re-training your employees. I asked for Italian bread and received herb & cheese, asked for vinaigrette and received something red and oily. The employee was not friendly and you could tell she did not want to be there. I will be using the Subway on 82 from now on because their customer service is awesome and my order has never been wrong.

WOW! Within 1 minute of being in the store, the employee, who had her hair in her face & facemask below her chin informed us of personal information about herself that she Should Not be sharing with public. Only 1 type of bread available, minimal veggies. Shall I go on. We decided this was God’s idea of comic relief. This employee did not know what went on the sandwiches (we had to tell her what goes on the sandwiches) or how to make a sandwich properly. She should not be there alone & yet we were told manager sounded tired on the phone & not there. I try to be patient & understanding but y’all need some new help.

I went here today excited to eat a sandwich and left as mad as someone could be. First of all they took forever to attend to me when one of the workers was doing absolutely nothing. Secondly they used a VERY dirty knife to cut my sandwich with. I figured ok maybe nothing got in it so, after a long wait, I payed and walked around the store. Before we left I checked my sandwich and it was covered in mustard! I despise mustard so I brought it back and there was a different person working there. She said ok I’ll make you another one and she started making it. She was in such a rush she barely put lettuce on it at all. I can’t believe this experience if you decide you want subway while you’re in Gainesville eat from the one right beside little Cesar’s. It’s sad that grown people can not make a sandwich but a young teen can! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!

This is the worst subway ever! They are rude, gross, nasty. They never keep it clean. They take forever!! They act like they hate their jobs. There is no one at the counter when you walk up. DON’T EVER GO HERE!!!! Plus about a couple months ago, there was roaches crawling on the counters. This place needs to be shut down.

Waited around forever to get helped. I had to holler to get someone’s attention. The woman came out and didn’t even put enough stuff on my sandwich. Question me about my choice of toasting it. Didn’t even put enough dressing on my sandwich. I had to keep asking her to put extra dressing and toppings because she barely put any on there. She never offered us a drink. This place overall was very disappointing. If I could give it zero stars, I would

**0 STARS**Worst experience ever! After waiting over 15 mins, i was treated very rudely, i was told that the wrap i was ordering didn’t have suggested ingredients (when i know for certain it does) and when i asked for the suggested dressing for the chipotle southwest steak and cheese wrap, she drowns it in BBQ sauce! i asked her what was that, she replies with “the suggested sauce” i will never go back to that store. to top it off the area around the food was filthy, and it didn’t smell pleasant.

This is the most out of order, lack of service subway I’ve ever been to. Every time I walk in there is no one in sight, there is always a sign stating which breads they are out of and next to that sign there is another one stating which meats/sandwiches they are out of and a third sign for veggies. Get it together and learn to order your stuff right!

This store is inside the busiest place in town (Walmart) and they only use ONE employee and she’s obviously brand new at that !!!! I’ve stood here waiting and ordering for almost 45 minutes at this point. This subway is a joke and Walmart should kick them out. It makes me want to never use any subway again

I’ve had the same experience there that most seem to have had. A rude person who acted like I was a bother, told me he wouldn’t take the coupon I’d just gotten in the mail, and told me he didn’t have the 2 things I wanted anyway. All the while standing amoung the tables and leaning on his broom. I’ll never go there again! DOESN’T THE OWNER EVER READ THESE REVIEWS? This place is an embarrassing JOKE!

Let me make this very clear that I will never be back to this location ever again. And that if I could, I would’ve given this a 0 star review. First off, there was no one at the front counter when I walked in, and then it took them several minutes for them to finally come out from the back when you could clearly hear them sitting around and chatting in the back. And when they finally did come out, the only bread they had ready was the 9-grain (I like to get the flatbread) so the first lady, after realizing that they only had the 9-grain ready, sits around and waits for the second lady to grab the frozen package of flatbread. Then the first lady starts putting my meat and cheese straight on to the counter that had clearly not been cleaned in awhile, and the second lady (without gloves on) takes the tip of the paper and grabs out the frozen flatbread from the package and sticks it in the microwave (barely enough to make it thawed but still cold) when they finally out the bread on the paper on the counter, the second lady finally put gloves on. The first lady didn’t act like she was very happy to be having to make ANOTHER sandwich, and althought the second lady was a lot friendlier than the first lady, I couldn’t even tell if she was wearing any pants, at one point she was in full view, I could see her from head to toe, and all I could see her wearing was her work shirt and her work apron, now she obviously had to have been wearing something, but I find it very unprofessional when you can’t even tell if the employee is wearing any pants under their apron. I’ve worked at several restaurants and I would never in a billion years wear that short of shorts. And the first lady looked like she hadn’t had a shower in a couple days and her hair was very unkept.
