Had a bad experience a week or so back at this location but Mrs. Bridgette got in contact with me and had the location remake my order and had it ready for me for pickup this afternoon for free. I don’t know what exactly is different but this is one of the Best Pizza’s I’ve EVER had from any Little Caesar’s and we will definitely be coming to this location as long as they keep up the good work!!! Thank You Cottage Hill Little Caesar’s for changing my mind about you guys and making one bad experience into my new Favorite Little Caesar’s Location Ever!!!

Bro they can’t get a simple order right and then I try and call customer service and it takes forty five minutes to even get transferred to the right restaurant because apparently they need a whole call center to manage their tiny hole in the wall. Mid pizza, awful customer service.

This LC location is horrible. We went to pick up pizza (1 cheese and 1 pepperoni) and it took over 20 minutes after ordering at the window. When I went inside, two employees were coming in from the back from smoking (we saw the when we drove around to park in the front). They didn’t wash their hands at all and didn’t wear gloves and the woman started making pizzas using her bare hands to open the doors underneath where the store the toppings and she didn’t wear gloves when handling the food. The guy who was smoking with her didn’t use gloves or wash his hands either and was getting the pizzas out the oven and cutting them.
They only had one person up front (a young guy that looked like he was in college) and he was upfront at the register and didn’t look like he knew what the heck was going on up front and along with me there were 5 other people who had been in there before I pulled up to order.
This location needs a complete review, more help, and needs to be trained in food handling. It’s truly disgusting and thank god Domino’s is up the road.

Store never has pizzas “Hot and Ready” . Drove up to the drive through but the cashier was telling everyone to order inside. Went inside and the kid didn’t even acknowledge I was there. Two people working were moving like they were super tired and not motivated. Not the first bad experience at this sub-standard pile of junk.

Just drove right up the drive thru, not one person customer in the building, or in the line. The guy comes to the window and tells me he cannot accept any orders because they are too busy! Literally no one in the building or in the drive thru. Came to our usual pizza place, they were happy to take or order and our money.

Glove Found In My Pizza!!! I order on 6/4/24 and went to pull a couple of slices apart and sound a piece of a glove that was cooked with the pizza it gave the entire pizza a rubbery smell and there was a pocket in the dough from which I pulled the piece of glove out of! It was truly disgusting and I’m very disappointed at the level of unsanitary actions with this location. Anyone who loses a piece of a glove would surly be able to feel it and know it went into the pizza, it should have been noticed and checked properly. If I could give 0 stars, I would. This WAS my favorite location.

This place is hit or miss. Last visit was great. Pizza cooked great and staff was nice. Sometimes it’s the total opposite. Which is ashamed because location is great and food when cooked correctly and a friendly staff makes a world of difference.

How is it 1:00 pm and you have 0 pepperoni pizzas made. Literally waited almost 30 minutes for a bread and a pizza. I’ve gotten well done steaks out to people quicker than that. Location is a joke, and always been a joke.

It has been a couple years since my partner and I have eaten Little Caesars Pizza. We were very stand offish because the last few times we ate from that restaurant (different locations) the food tasted horrible. Well my dad recommended them, and he is never wrong about food tasting good. They were good with service and the tasted like it was supposed to. We were very happy!!
