The steak was average and overcooked, and the macaroni and cheese was a soupy mess that was hard to eat. The service was fairly friendly, but the atmosphere felt more like a sports bar, with very loud and obnoxious background music. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

Got the fillet steak, didnt come as rare as I’d have preferred (id argue it was medium-well when i asked for medium rare) but it was still a very tasty chunk of meat. Kids meals were a decent size so nobody went hungry. Decent value for money with good service.

To start with, I was looking for something simple to eat, so I decided on the Scottish Salmon.
From the very first bite, it was succulent, juicy, and honestly a joy to eat. Every mouthful just got better and better.
The lovely waitress, Anamika, mentioned it would be a good choice and I have to thank her for that recommendation. She was absolutely right.

I’m a die-hard Manchester United fan, and in December I traveled to Manchester to watch the Manchester United vs. Bournemouth match. I arrived about an hour before my stadium tour and decided to have lunch at the restaurant located on the first floor of this hotel—and I’m so glad I did.
From the moment I walked in until the moment I left, I felt genuinely welcomed. I was fortunate enough to meet the hotel’s General Manager, and we had an amazing conversation. He was not only incredibly professional and warm, but also a fellow Manchester United fan, which made the experience even more special.
The food was outstanding—hands down one of the best ribeye steaks I’ve ever had. The service was beyond amazing: attentive, friendly, and spotless from start to finish. Everything about the establishment reflected care, cleanliness, and pride in what they do.
My experience was a solid 10 out of 10. My only regret is not booking my stay at this hotel. The way the General Manager ran the hotel and treated both guests and staff truly stood out. As a kind gesture, he even discounted my meal, which I’ll never forget.
The next time I travel all the way from California to watch a Manchester United game, I will absolutely be staying here. I highly recommend this hotel to all Manchester United fans—and honestly, to anyone looking for exceptional service, great food, and a welcoming atmosphere.

Had a great meal yesterday lunchtime. Steaks were cooked to perfection and the sides were hot and fresh. The sauce was delicious.
The restaurant was comfortable and a good temperature. Despite being very quiet the atmosphere was good. Service was efficient and friendly. Will definitely return.

This is our second visit here and i’ve been really pleased both times.
The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The food is perfect. We enjoyed the tomahawk, fries and mac and cheese and it was perfectly cooked followed by tirimasu, just delicious!

A very pleasant menu a very reasonable price. Biggest chicken wings and best flavoured biriani i have ever had. Looking forward to trying put their signature steaks. The staff were cheerful and friendly. A lucky find when working in Manchester. Recommended and will be returning next month and in September too. Can’t wait.

Booked for my husbands birthday while staying at the hotel. The steaks were perfect and delicious! Plus you get a discount on the food if you are staying over! Service was friendly and quick. The breakfast was a great variety buffet and again the staff were so helpful (I dropped my coffee all over the table and they were so good about it). So glad I Booked my husbands birthday here and we will be visiting again.

We arrived in to the restaurant very late and the staff could not have been more accommodating. The food was ordered and then delivered very quickly. Both courses were piping hot and delicious. Would definitely recommend and will be back to stay again soon.
