EVEN ON A SUNDAY AT CLOSING TIME I WAS WELCOMED INTO THE STORE AND TREATED WITH COURTESY AS WELL AS GENUINE HUMAN KINDESS BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY BY A YOUNG LADY BY THE NAME OF SHAY AND A YOUNG GENTLEMAN NAMED JERMAINE.

Wanted a six inch cold sub turkey and roast beef with provolone cheese. I got five slices of turkey and one slice of roast beef lettuce provolone cheese and a bottle Pepsi and it cost me $13.00 buck what a tip off

Each and every Saturday morning, there’s a young lady that works at this location. She is rude violent, absolutely atrocious to deal with, and DANGEROUS too. I do not recommend this location….This lady is dangerous….She makes your food poorly, her attitude is bad and she is very , very unprofessional. Store location #100 in Rosemont.

The employees hate there job! 2 young girls were the only ones there between 1230-1 today(Sunday) the sandwiches were purchased were just thrown together. Open up an the veggie are everywhere. They were just nasty an putting them together. You don’t just throw toppings on there. You place them on there.

This may have been the funniest Subway visit I’ve ever had in my life. The 2 guys were nice and greeted myself and another lady that walked in behind me. We both had some questions about the new ‘daily’ sub and one of the guys really talked it up. He hadn’t even tried it lol but said many people came in and was basically giving me the feedback. I appreciated that and still brought it to try.

This is the second time that I’ve gone there and they run out of two of the meat products for the sandwiches that I wanted. They waited for about 10 minutes Of me just sitting there before they told me the guys have facial hair and don’t wear anything to stop the hair from falling in your sandwiches. If I can rate this thing less than one star I would.

A group of about 13 people from my job went in around 11am on a Saturday and the gentleman working did a great job. He didn’t get flustered, kept the line moving, and all our orders were correct. Great customer service and the food was good, too.
