By far one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever experienced. The drive in line on multiple occasions has taken well over 30 mins. Currently I’ve been sitting here 42 mins just to see how much longer they can take. They need to replace the entire staff here.

Have been going to them sense they opened. Glad to have a McDonald’s s a little closer but will continue to come here over other dawsonville location. They are so sweet, fast and friendly. Marina tonight definitely stuck out to me. She went above and beyond and was just the best. I hope she is there Everytime I come because she definitely made it worth the come back. Give her credit cause she deserves it .

Today (1/8/26, around 12am) , I order cheese burgers, only ketchup, and both of them had mustard and pickles on them when I was handed the food, I than ask for them to remake with only ketchup. The lady at the 2nd window had a NASTY attitude, and really rude towards me. At the end they didn’t remake the burgers, they just ended up scraping the mustard off, leaving the pickles. I miss Bojangles.

I want to start by saying the employees are always kind and polite. However, my orders are frequently incorrect. On multiple occasions I have ordered a sweet tea and received unsweetened tea instead. One time, I had to return twice through the drive-thru before receiving the correct drink. Most recently, on 2/10/26, I placed a mobile order using my points for a sausage McGriddle and a sweet tea. The tea was unsweetened again, and after getting a replacement, I later discovered my sandwich was chicken instead of sausage. This was especially frustrating since THEY asked me to confirmed the order on the screen was correct before leaving the window. I would appreciate more attention to order accuracy in the future.

Ordered nothing special and was asked to wait in spot 1. After 20 minutes I walked in to see if something was wrong and the manager said they are now bagging it up as she walked away from me. . They came out 7 more minutes later. First they forgot half the meal. Then brought me the second bag and it still was not complete. Brought me out the pies and that was wrong as well. I let them know it has been 27 minutes and he said there’s nothing he can do about it. I had to cut my losses and leave.

Inside the restaurant was very clean bathroom was good and overall just 5 star! Loved the people there they are the most sweetest people I have met at a McDonald’s would recommend!

For a new McDonalds their ice cream machine is never working. The employees also spend more time talking than working so it takes 10-15 minutes to get your food. Hopefully they work out their problems so stopping in can be an enjoyable experience.

After waiting FOREVER in the standstill drive-thru, I took a chance on carry out. That was also a bad move. Ordered at the kiosk at 9:07. Restaurant had at least 20 customers waiting…and waiting, in line and at tables. The employee handing out orders, which were few and far between, didn’t call out numbers—just drink and food descriptions. When asked to check on my order after waiting at least 20 minutes (food and number never called), she told me she wasn’t “going back there.” She eventually took my receipt, came back to the front, and ignored her name when other employees called her. When I got my food, I asked for my receipt back, to no avail or the slightest expression of concern. Finally got food at 9:41. Because of this debacle, I was late dropping my child off for an event after driving for two hours and getting to town 30 minutes early. So disappointing.

The employees were talking more than working they were also walking out of the building during their shift. The food was normal McDonald’s nothing wrong with it. The decor was very modern it was a bit crammed tho. But there were swarms of flies. Literally swarms of them. You couldn’t get away from them they wouldn’t stop coming back. There weren’t even any fly or insect traps. I would honestly give it a much better rating if it weren’t for the flies. They were literally climbing up your legs. It was horrible.
