I placed my order online and scheduled pick up over an hour later. I got to the restaurant at 3:27 – right before my scheduled pick up of 3:30 pm. I watched the 2 workers glance at me several times but at no point did they speak to me. I finally called out to them to be answered with, “I am working on your order right now. You gotta give me a minute.” I didn’t think waiting 15 minutes was an unreasonable length of time to wait to even be acknowledged.
During my wait I watched them take 4 drive thru orders, walk in the back texting on their phone for two minutes, and prep containers for my order. Most concerning was them leaving the line and returning to work on food without washing their hands or wearing gloves.
All in all I have tried this particular KFC several times over the last 3 years. This was my last try. If they can’t prep an order with an hour advance notice or even follow basic food safe guidelines like wash your hands after texting, scratching you head or rubbing your nose – I think I’ll give up on KFC.

My husband and I went through the drive through tonight around 6 pm. We ordered a chicken tenders bucket that came with two sides and biscuits. First of all, the woman who took our order was quick and very friendly. She was not only very pleasant but our food was ready as soon as we pulled up. The food was hot and tasted great. My husband is a connoisseur of biscuits and he and I both agreed these were perfect! Soft, warm and the crispy buttery edges were yummy! Our local kfc gets a bad reputation by people on social media and it turns into a gang up when it really isn’t warranted. I’d like to say thank you for the great service and good food! Keep up the great work!!!!

the young blonde hair girl was the most rude person. i ordered and wanted to change my order and she said i couldnt. then she went back to the back and said she didnt have time to talk to me anymore. She came out got a broom and dust pan was slamming it around, when she put it back shetossed it back, slamming the doors. Another older lady came up and took care of us. I will never go back in there again. I see why she was demoted from manager.

Called ahead for a larger order. I was told to give them about 20 minutes. Told the lady that took the phone call we would be there to pick it up in about half an hour. Arrived about 35 minutes after calling. Still had to wait almost 15 minutes for biscuits. One of the ladies working was rude and claimed she had no idea when we were arriving to pick up. Completely baffled at having to wait since there was only the one car in the parking lot and he was already seated and eating. Unfortunately not the first time for poor service. Will be the last time I purchase from them.

Nuggets were the size of the popcorn chicken. 8 nuggets probably weighed 3 ounces. Corn had no flavor. Chicken sandwich tasted like it had been sitting for too long.

We ordered, paid, and were asked to pull into a parking spot to wait for our food. I don’t know how this practice got started, but it needs to stop. I understand it if someone has a big order, but every single car is ridiculous. I want to give a shout out to DEVON ( not sure of the spelling )… she was working her TAIL OFF. She was running orders, bringing chicken out, and you name it. They are very short staffed here, seems to be an issue in this area. We really appreciate DEVON, what a great worker.

I ordered all dark meat eight piece meal confirmed it with the manager and she still gave me all dried out white meat. Her response when I called was why could come back into town which I don’t wanna go back into town they should get it right in the first place.

I was informed that there would be a 15 minute wait for anything besides legs and wings when I ordered an 8 piece meal at 4:54 pm on a Saturday. This has happened for several weeks, and seems like poor management to me, to not be prepared for the dinner rush on weekends. It’s already expensive and to be inconvenient as well is not worth the price.

Was informed there was a 20-minute wait for any chicken with a bone. Ordered tenders and pot pie. Waited about 15 to 20 minutes. Tenders were good. Pot pie was barely warm. Had loud music blaring in the dining room. Asked girl at counter if they would please turn it down some. Said she didn’t know how.

Place is full of teenager help,
And is easily distracted away from there jobs.
