Terrible experience I preordered food three hours in advance and it wasn’t gonna be done when we got there for another hour. The workers are overwhelmed and have no idea what they are doing. We weren’t about to wait for 4-5 hours to get this food so we left it… terrible experience if you order be prepared to be waiting for hours!

Went in for the first time after I saw they didnt have a million orders. I was met with incredible hospitality and the food was delicious. The workers were super patient as I navigated the menu and were very quick with the food. In specific, Arielle and Brooklyn were a huge help and they are two great employees.

Excellent service (walk in at the counter). The food quality could use a few minor adjustments (fry seasoning allotment, and a few pre frozen fries still stuck together). But overall an awesome experience, and SUPER affordable IMO. Thanks!!

I had a great experience. I ordered and my food was ready within 5 minutes. Huge props to ‘Red’, she is a great employee! She greeted us as soon as we walked in, very kind and gives a great vibe to each customer!! I 10/10 recommend! Note, giving bad reviews when they first opened isn’t right, they are fast food workers that can only do so much at once!

We have been here about 5 times now and honestly, besides opening week we have never had to wait long, and if I did have a small wait they always offer me a soda The one time there was something wrong with my order, the manager on duty was super helpful and provided awesome customer service. Anyone leaving a super negative review about any wait time or hiccups, has super unrealistic expectations for a completely new to town business with a ton of traffic. Keep up the great service !

People need to relax on the reviews and give places a fair chance, once things have settled down. First time in, and the food was done on time, people were friendly and the wings were very good, and there fries are great. We got a local places wings too to compare them, and Wingstop’s were better.
