Called in on a Friday night. I could heard a lot of background noise so I’m assuming they were busy. Jesse, the manager I believe took my call and he was very upbeat and happy. While ordering I had a lot of questions and I’m sure I was taking taking up a lot of his time, but he was patient and very helpful. Order was ready once I arrived for pickup and it was perfect! Also the employee at the pick up window was great as well! What a well ran establishment! Very nice to see these days.

We praise pizza huts melts all the time. The service is always good when we dine in. The manager is always friendly. We ordered 3 melts and one thin pepperoni pizza. The melts were great but the pizza was overcooked and dry. We will never order a thin crust pizza again from there.

The food is nicely prepared Pizza Hut food. It doesn’t change a lot from one location to the next (I’ve never seen a Pizza Hut with a spring blend of lettuce, for instance), but this place does it to perfection. But the service–5 star service all the way around. Friendly staff and a server who was constantly working to make sure we had the best experience possible. I agree with previous reviewer who said that this was the best Pizza Hut they had ever visited. An outstanding PH.

I stopped going into Auburn IN Pizza Hut for their salad bar a while ago because their lettuce wasn’t as fresh as it use to be. Today on my way to work I thought I would stop and get a salad and much to my surprise I was disappointed again. The lettuce is brown and not as fresh and crisp… I use to stop

We had an issue with our meat lovers not being correct, and when I called the manager not only corrected the pizza, but went above and beyond absolutely amazing! Thank you so much!! The original meat lovers and the replacement meat lovers below.

I ordered 2 medium specialty pizzas online due to the deals. I get an email confirmation. I go inside Pizza Hut when my email said I had 6 minutes. I was asked my name, was then told it will be a few minutes. I waited what felt like forever, I was asked my name again to only be told that they don’t have it! We were really looking forward to it as we had our Grandkids. I called the Garrett Pizza Hut, asked for a Manager and they accommodated the online price! Way to go Auburn Pizza Hut! Their excuse was the online ordering system…

The food here is usually pretty good. You just have to look past the fact that the entire store staff will ignore the drive thru window for at least 10 minutes, and when someone finally does open the window you can expect to be greeted with the worst sarcastic attitude of your life. I’ve never felt like more of an inconvenience to someone for actually asking them to do the job they are paid for. Horrible management style …

I’ve not eaten here yet but picking up orders for many other I can tell you that it smells amazing the place is spacious and clean and the friendliest of staff work here they where able to help me quickly and made sure everything was done right.
