This restaurant is under new ownership and boy is this man happy about that! The place is clean and the food is fantastic! I missed the one on 4th but this place is 100% better! They are also the nicest people! I met them one night, it shows they care very much about their business! I can’t say one bad thing about the food! The cheesesteaks are not to be missed! Wow! Just WOW! Btw, they are huge!

We recently ordered delivery through Door Dash. Our pizzas had the toppings sliding into the box. Door Dash’s AI system denied me a refund but the shop made it right! They take pride in their food and in the service they provide. Now that I know the store has their own delivery driver, I will only order through them. Door Dash is fired!

I was visiting my daughter by in St. Pete and after her soccer game we some how found this gem not too far from Lakewood high school. It was an absolutely phenomenal experience from the time I walked in the door. Christopher was the person who took our (absolutely great guy from the Bronx) we had the buffalo chicken pie 11/10, mozzarella sticks 11/10, and the chicken wings 11/10. We will definitely be back every time that we are in the neighborhood and looking for an enjoyable pizza/wings experience! Thanks again for the Canoli Chris!!! see you soon!!!

l am saddened by my recent experience here. Every other time before this last time has been amazing.
HOWEVER, the shaved head attitudey man with tattoos is extremely rude. He messed up my order and acted like it was my fault. He was rude taking my order over the phone as well. The food is delicious but is soured by the customer service

This location is definitely under new management. I met the new owner today, Tony, and he was super helpful and made my pizza fresh for me to bring to my dad in a nearby nursing home. He even donated a pizza to the hardworking nurses for their lunch, as well! The food was delicious and the service was fantastic. 5 stars. 🙂

I placed an online order yesterday for pickup at 12:01 pm. My credit card was charged, and I received an email confirming my order and pickup time. When I arrived after 12 pm the restaurant was closed. As there were no signs on the door indicating that the restaurant was closed due to an emergency, or for vacation, I wonder if this location has closed permanently. I did call the phone number an hour later to see if the restaurant had opened late, but no one picked up the phone, and the voice message went in a loop with no option to leave a message. It did not indicate that the restaurant was closed for the day. It would have been nice to have received a followup email explaining what happened, and whether my credit card was actually charged for a pizza that wasn’t made.
Update: Owner resolved issue as soon as I brought it to their attention. I really appreciated their prompt attention to this. Looking forward to getting my next pizza from Westshore!
