Nice spot on the Narrows of Lake Kezar. Chicken Tender portion size was generous. The prize for a lobster roll was $36 which was ok considering the amount of lobster in the sandwich but it just wasn’t the good. Cold and hard and chewy. Likely overcooked. But it was by no means bad. I have just had much better. Also asked them if they could butter sear the bun, they said yes but didn’t happen.

Best little seafood restaurant and pub in Western Maine! Great local craft beer selection, wine and a full bar with seasonal specialty cocktails. The food menu features a great variety of seafood, pizza, salad and sandwiches. This place is even kid friendly! Great views of Kezar Lake with outdoor seating from the lower and upper decks!

Unbelievable, incredible lobster stew!! Thick, creamy, with loads of lobster – I ate two portions in a row.
Also, fabulous lobster roll and tacos, great sautéed vegetables and baked potato sides and very fresh and generous salads.
Highly recommend, can’t wait to be back!!

From appetizers to mains to dessert the food here was absolutely fantastic – clearly made with care! Jennifer was a fabulous server and patient with our first-timer questions. The dinner rush is real here, so just be patient and allow the staff some time in the high season if a ton of people show up all at once. You will not be disappointed!

We sat outside upstairs and enjoyed the lovely view. I did make a reservation to sit on the rooftop. It’s not a rooftop. Space is limited. The food prices are expensive. Especially for seafood. I enjoyed the lobster stew. We had a big party and the waitress was great. Come to find out she had to make our cocktails. All the ladies working had no extra help. They were pretty amazing! Over all it was a nice dinner, just very costly. The portion was ok. The food was good. The view was pretty.. it was a nice experience we all enjoyed what we got. But be prepared to pay!!

This little gem is great. A great view of the lake from the decks on the water The lobster roll is generous and the clams are cooked just right. The half rack is delicious and tasty sides. Oh, beers, they have the beers, great selection of craft beers. Go here, spend some dough. It will be great

Owner had a very harsh demeanor and publicly reprimanding staff while also sitting outside on the deck drinking. The entire restaurant went quiet as he barreled through the dining room. Prices listed on menu (and our hand written ticket) were changed to higher prices. For the prices being charged, would expect more than paper plates and plastic silverware. Food was salty, fries and nachos came out cold. The redeeming factor was our awesome waitress. Wonderful atmosphere but falling short in every other aspect. Questionable activity by the owner and his group of friends when I went back to the bathroom after we’d paid (closing time). Unfortunate for what could be a stand up establishment.

Horrible food ! You would think that a restaurant that has a menu that is more than half just seafood would have the decency to serve “FRESH” seafood not FROZEN. And don’t get me started on the paper plates and plastic silverware. The only view they have of the lake is a small spot where they were loading/unloading boats, the “scenic lake view” is non-existent.
I’ve been to many restaurants, and I have to say this one by far is the worst. Please save your money. I did leave a tip for the waitress because I felt terrible for her, and she did do a good job.

Awful, absolutely awful! The waitress was nice but Jesus the food was deplorable. The food literally came in the microwave containers they came out of. Mine was super overcooked as dry as a turkey dinner and my girlfriends literally was still a little frozen. After this meal I am considering opening a restaurant in my basement serving stuff out of the freezer section. At least my restaurant won’t have Plastic “Silverware” At least the Lean cuisine I serve isn’t gonna cost not 60 bucks and make me wait like 15 minutes to take my card For the love of Christ don’t go here. P.S. will keep you posted on food poisoning status.

We took our grandson here for lunch. The lobster stew was great and the lobster roll had plenty of lobster. We had an appeticer of “blobsters” which could be a meal in itself … similar to the filling in crab rangoons.
Just a word of caution they are only open 8 weeks during summer break from school. They will close Aug. 26 for the 2019 season!
