Lived near this place for six years and finally tried it when my girlfriend picked up breakfast. Completely disappointing. The eggs were dry, the bacon was burnt, and the croissant was rock hard—especially unacceptable for the price. I understand being short-staffed, but this level of quality shouldn’t be served. As someone who works in fast food, I’d be embarrassed to put this out.

Worst drive-thru Dunkin ever. They say they open at 5am, 3 times in past month I’ve ordered ahead on the app, I have to be at work at 6, and when I get there, they are still closed. I’ll take my business to Rio Grande Dunkin or WAWA.

9/30/23 Dirtiest DD I have ever visited! Just stopped in for a cup of coffee. Counter, donut trays, outside trash can. Broken toilet paper dispenser. Disgusting!! No one seems to care about this place. Not worthy of Cape May. Multiple health department & sanitation violations evident. Avoid!

I’m a kind and patient person. After waiting 10 minutes at the drive-thru and there was only two people in front of me that were now pulled around to the window, I was told that they stopped serving food for the “night” and it was only 3:15 in the afternoon. I don’t typically go to Dunkin’ Donuts and I needed to go through a drive-thru since I had my dog. Didn’t mind the long wait, yet if you’re going to stop serving food in the afternoon at 3:15 and who knows it could have been earlier, have the common sense, courtesy, and decency to put a sign out and let people know before they wait or come in the store. We left with nothing and won’t go back.

I’m writing this review today because we had service that wasn’t like our normal service we encounter at this Dunkin. I’ve been coming to this Dunkin since they’ve opened. We are local. Everyone especially the managers are truly amazing. They go above and beyond. It’s rare to see a bad employee. Honestly if I do they are usually gone fairly quickly. Today on two separate occasions my family had bad service by the same employee. She was young and very short tempered. I’m not one to complain. But when service was clearly so bad I have to say something. Everyone at the NCM Dunkin is 5 star quality. That’s why my 5 star rating remains. Hopefully they pull this employee aside and help her out. I won’t post her name or say who she is because I’m sure the staff already is aware. She’s young and has time to get it together. Other than that, I’ll continue to come by on the regular.

I don’t really like giving bad reviews… But this was pretty bad. There were 3 people behind the counter, and 3 customers waiting. I was in here about 20 mins. They apologized for the wait, claiming that 2 people just “quit and walked out” earlier. Even if that was the case, everyone was just moving slow, and there weren’t even many customers in the store. There was simply no sense of urgency or hustle. On top of that, the store was a mess, stuff on the floor, no napkins, straws just sitting in a bag on the counter. To make it better, they we’re out of plastic cups. The kind for iced coffee. They only had the regular cups for hot coffee. Had to get a “Large iced coffee” in a medium styrofoam one. Last but not least, my girlfriend’s coolata came in the same cup, and was straight dry.

waited for 9 minutes at the drive thru speaker to the point there was no one left in front of me and they kept saying give me 1 second. I had just a mobile order and my the time i got it my drink was half melted and watered down.

Ordered ahead on the app and they did not even know I ordered until I showed up asking about it. App said I was done and ready for pick up. Complete lack of service, communication, and standards. Also witnessed the guy throw away something in the back with gloves on and smash down the trash, then continue with other orders without changing gloves. Not long before this place goes under like anything else that opens in this spot. Not to mention the prices are insane for DD anymore and donuts keep getting smaller.
