food was good, service was not. they asked us to go through the drive through instead of using the drive up, which was fine, until we saw them bring food out to someone in the drive-up as we were leaving. okay… then, the person taking our order was rude, and the person that collected payment was also rude. we asked to do split payment and she informed us they didnt accept split payment, which is fine, but she was definitely not kind about it. super disappointed. luckily we arent from lincoln and were only passing through.

I was there in the evening it was not to busy but busy enough. We got burgers and a foot long with everything on it. All I can say it was delicious. The lady that came to our car was pretty friendly. Onion rings were just as I remembered.

I ordered a hot dog. It tastes like it’s been sitting in the bun for a long time. The bread started to turn into dough around it. The hot dog itself was worse than a gas station hot dog. Service was quick but the wrong toppings were on my hot dog as well. Still hungry as I really could not finish it but tried to because it was $3.92 for a hot dog.

Had a burger that was supposed to have nacho cheese, melted shredded cheese on it and some fixings. Got this. It had no cheese. Got a large coffee a few days later. It had floating chunks in it and was extremely weak. Never going back

Ordered and waited 30 minutes for food while the manager sat outside- didn’t know that was her. Called and asked to speak to a manager after our food was missing she said “ya I was taking a break!” Okay no problem but food shouldn’t be missing AND the food we did get was only half full. She then said “I’m not dealing with this” and said she’d refund, she didn’t. Received half an order of everything while her and her two friends sat outside with headsets on. Fried pickles were not all breaded and had been old and not even completely battered anymore.

This is regarding the crew at Sonic 1500 S Coddington Lincoln NE. 7/27/25 around 6:00 pm. I accidentally ordered footlong chili dogs for my grandkids and realized it when my order was read back as I paid. I was hungry and my brain wasn’t working properly and instead of just taking the long dogs I got stuck on how that wasn’t what I ordered. The crew didn’t argue didn’t fuss and quickly gave me what I ordered. They also went outside and checked on the poor ppl waiting behind me and got them moving. Everyone was polite and professional and motivated to do a good job. I was impressed and hope you let them know how much the quality of their work is appreciated. The food was good the order was right. I apologize for not being the best customer but you definitely have the best employees and I thank them.

Came here around 10pm after a long shift at work, was really looking forward to a hot fudge sundae but it’s just regular ice cream. Barely any hot fudge, no whip cream and no cherrie. This made me very sad I am incredibly disappointed begrudgingly eating this regular ice cream labeled as a hot fudge sundae.

Sat down at a table outside, put our order in, and an employee was out with our order in minutes. He kept coming back to check on us like a waiter at a casual restaurant. He even told us to stay healthy, despite having just handed us 5 corn dogs.
