I was in Arlington and wanted some ramen, so I stopped by Itadaki Ramen — and wow, it did not disappoint! I got the chicken miso ramen with light sodium and it was super yummy The mango purée with avocado yogurt drink was also delicious and really refreshing. The staff were so nice, friendly, and helpful, and the owner was the sweetest! I’ll definitely come back next time I’m in Arlington.

I’ve been here a few times now, and every single visit has been great—the food is always fresh, flavorful, and consistent. Even something as simple as the miso appetizer really stands out with how tasty and well-made it is. The whole menu has a comforting, homemade feel but with that extra touch of quality that makes you want to come back again and again. The atmosphere is relaxed, the staff are welcoming, and it’s just one of those spots that makes you feel good every time you go. I’d definitely recommend checking it out—you might end up finding your new go-to place.

Don’t miss this gem! Delicious chicken fried rice just right…. !!! The fried dumplings were . My husband’s soba noodles with shrimp were sooooo good. Food was PIPING hot. Sweet daughter is super picky and hers had too much sauce for her preference…. Owner or manager NOTICED (we didn’t mention and daughter didn’t say anything to the waitress… just GREAT service and manager paying attention. He offered to cook her something else! AMAZING service. Seriously. Prices are reasonable . All waitstaff were attentive and knowledgeable . VERY bright and clean .

Absolutely amazing ramen spot! Itadaki Ramen delivers an authentic experience from the first bite to the last sip. The noodles are the real standout — they’re flown in directly from Sapporo, Japan, and you can truly taste the difference. Perfect texture, great chew, and they soak up the broth beautifully.
On top of the ramen, the bento box is a fantastic value with generous portions and great variety, and the gyoza are crispy, juicy, and packed with flavor. Everything we tried was top-notch. If you’re serious about ramen and quality Japanese food, this place is a must-visit.

Nice spot, server explained the different broths and helped us choose. Even ended the meal with watermelon slices, super refreshing. Over all great experience, good AC, and great appetizers. 10/10 would recommend

It’s a small clean restaurant. The service was fantastic and the food came out in a timely manner. We had the salmon and Mongolian beef and also the Gyoza. All food choices were excellent. The Mongolian beef was fabulous. Instead of something like fortune cookies they brought us each a slice of watermelon. Excellent to top off a great meal.

This is a quaint spot located within a strip mall; but the food was amazing. The service was great. If you are a novice like me and have questions regarding the menu, they take their time to explain the options. I ordered the Ramen and my fiance ordered teriyaki steak which was cooked to perfection. Great spot for date night or to catch up with friends.
