KFC and A&W combo restaurant. Pretty neat. Food was good, service was decent, the restaurant is well kept, stocked and cleaned. Employees were friendly and helpful. I’d recommend if your in the area for some good burgers or chicken.

Worst location ever. Onion rings were inedible due to being overcooked. Burger meat was burnt and cold as ever. Kids burger had a hair in it. BBQ crunch burger had no crunch. Sandwiches were poorly wrapped and wrapped incorrectly.

I went through the drive thru and I was the only customer there. The staff did not seem very happy to help. I ordered 3 papa burgers, one without cheese. I got up to the window and decided to add another papa burger which I figured wouldn’t be a big deal since I was their only customer. The girl at the window told what I assume is the cook and I heard a female voice say “are you serious?” I looked right at the girl at the window, laughed and said “yes, I’m serious”. Before I left, I asked them if they gave me one burger without cheese and they confirmed. I got to the office and, of course, all burgers had cheese. It seems like very lazy staff at this store. They would rather no customers come so they don’t have to do anything. I have read other reviews and from the look of things…they might get their wish and also be out of a job. If the store owner is wondering why this store isn’t doing very well I think you have your answer. Hire staff that actually want to work and appreciate having a job, probably hard to find in these times of everyone feeling entitled.

Told 7 minute wait for wings. After 15 minutes and going inside told another 8 minutes because they didn’t start my food. After 42 minutes I finally received my food. Not understaffed at all. Lied to at least 6 people who also had the exact same issue during my 45 minute stay. DO BETTER

Let’s start with the person vaping on the floor behind the registers in front of the food.
Two out of three of the chili cheese dogs were wrong with no cheese. After we ask for them to be corrected, the employee taking out order leaded over the counter to ‘correct’ is on what we ordered. Stated A4 comes with cheese but we didn’t order that. Oddly enough, we all ordered the same thing. Four identical meals.
