Sat inside for a half hour and when I went to see what the problem was they couldn’t find my order. Me and my daughter just left cause she was starving and I wasn’t about to wait another 30 mins to be faced with the same problem.

Absolutely awful service. She was very unprofessional and inappropriately rude it was not okay. She claimed they were out of food but was serving it to other people. She was so rude taking our order and practically yelled at us. Please don’t go back!

This was absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant they made my kids food wrong then challenged me to second guess my memories and acted like I didn’t know what I ordered then when I went to check receipt they would not come back out to talk to me or even look in my direction after waiting 5-10 mins I just got tired of waiting and bought extra so she had what she needed and we originally ordered and still proceeded to have to wait 10-20 more minutes absolutely disgusted

On 9-10-2025, my family & i stopped in for dinner. Placed an order on the kiosk like we were told to do. Waited 30 minutes to even pay in cash and were told the order wasn’t even being prepared yet. 30 minutes of standing at the front counter, not a single employee came to ask if I needed any help or to even give us the cups for drinks. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Needless to say, I canceled my order and walked out.

Drove down from Buffalo, NY to pickup some fireworks across the street at Keystone. Wanted a quick meal before heading back on the road.
I was a bit nervous going here due to the 3.8 stars. But when I tell you this taco bell was the VERY BEST taco bell I have ever had in my life. I went back in line and ordered a second order of my exact same meal. Everything was extremely fresh, hot, and just perfectly done. I got the cantina chicken crispy taco, which may not seem like anything that can be made wrong. But let me tell you– coming here and having a crispy, fresh taco shell showed me EXACTLY what I have been missing out on for the past 3 years of taco bells near me/in California where I am half the year. I have never in my life had a fresh shell from taco bell and I had never fully realized that until I came to this blessing of a location.
Not to mention, the customer service was above and beyond. I had two different employees but they were both extraordinary. One was a young man around 18-20 who just had a really positive outlook. Very vibrant personality. The other was an older lady who was very kind and apologized for the order taking a bit long.

So slow – mostly cared about drive through. Only 4 people inside. Two eating two waiting for food. Me and granddaughter at register waiting. Took at least 20 minutes for 1 dam taco and 1 burrito. Say ole excuse ” only two of us working”! On top of that order was wrong. Terrible service
