This specific place has always been great for us. But not so happy about the person who answers the general phone when u just call to order. I don’t think it goes directly to this specific pizza hut. Anyway, I called and ordered and she confirmed with me the location I wanted and I said yes then when I got here they did not have an order for me! They checked and confirmed they had never received an order and were quick to say they could get my order prepared and ready in 15 min and they did. They were apologetic and delivered exactly as she said they would. Food was cooked well, just as I ordered, hot, and ready for me in exactly 15 min.

Literally the worst customer service I’ve encountered in a while. First of all, it took forever for someone to acknowledge we were there even though there were 3 people working and no one else in the store. She was extremely rude in getting the order and taking payment. We got home and realized we had the wrong pizza (extremely obvious by the toppings). I called the store to let them know we got the wrong pizza and were coming back. She said ok and hung up, then called me back a couple minutes later and asked if I checked the box (?) Like how else would I know my order was wrong but anyway, got to the store and a different girl was at the counter. I let her know we were given the wrong item, and I even brought the one they gave us incase they tried to argue about it. I showed her the one they gave us, and told her what we ordered. She found our order and handed me our pizza, and then yelled to the back to Leah (I think) asking if they should take the other pizza back or let us keep it, and SHE TOLD HER YES TO TAKE THE PIZZA THEY ORIGINALLY GAVE US BACK and she literally walked to the back with it….. and it did not look like they were throwing it out. I dont know if they served it or not….. if they did that is a HUGE health code violation, and even if they didn’t, I literally didnt get a refund or a free pizza out of their error and literally having to waste gas and time to go back there to get what I actually ordered. And everyone there is super rude. Anywhere else where you get an error on the order, you get a refund or the mistake item for free since they SHOULDNT be serving it… Also quality of the pizza has gone way down and the crust was under cooked. DONT GO HERE!!!

I definitely disagree with the rating at this location. The pizza wash fresh and topped off well. The breadsticks were awesome. The best food I’ve had from Pizza Hut in years to be honest. The customer service by the lady was very exceptional. I definitely do recommend this location to others. I will be back……..

Ordered a Pepperoni Lover’s Pizza. See the pictures and compare. My pizza only came with like 20 Pepperoni pieces rather than what’s advertised. I did not want to go back to the store to complain because the girl behind the counter already seemed like she did not like her job. When I picked up my order, she did not even say a word. Not even hi, nor a smile. Not a good experience at this location this time.

Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered at a restaurant. The place was dead when I walked in, but it still took 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged that I was there. The woman who came out didn’t say a single word. No “Hi”, no “How can I help you?” Not even a smile. I tell her I placed an online order. She grabs the food, hands it to me and walks away. I don’t think she ever uttered a single word during the exchange.
Beyond that, the food was subpar. My order included cheese bread and cinnamon sticks, and it was clear they were both cut from the same dough. The cheese sticks were covered in cinnamon.
I’ve gone to this Pizza Hut a few times for convenience, but will never be back. It’s clear they either don’t train their staff or don’t value customer service at all. Or maybe they pay so poorly that they can’t afford anyone with a positive attitude? Totally unacceptable by any standard.

I ordered my food online with the app, a lady with pink hair (manager) cheerfully helped me from the back of the restaurant, as nobody was in the front for the first 30 seconds of me entering the restaurant, I complimented the pink haired manager on her cheerfulness and asked if I could still give a tip because of her cheerfulness, and added a $$ tip. We ordered five total items and only have three boxes, so I asked the manager if my order was complete and she said yes, we got home and noticed we were missing the second order of cheese sticks with the Alfredo chicken, and so I called the store. The pink haired manager answered and told me she personally packed my order and it was correct. I then went thru the receipt and told her each item we ordered and what we received, she told me not to talk down to her! Then the store’s GM came on and had the same bad and snippy attitude as the manager. Worst customer experience and I would like my $$ tip back, as I will not be going back there!

Nothing good to say! I order pizza and breadsticks, the pizza was horrible all cold and no cheese at all , my breadsticks wasn’t cutting at all , I believe who ever was making my order was so lazy and not put in attention on he’s job ! I give it one star ⭐️ this is the worse Pizza Hut that I ever seen! I don’t recommend anyone to order pizza from this place on Eagan on Cliiff Road , please don’t waste your money and time!
