Was excited to try a new bar to only be met with disappointment. Honestly was hungry and in the area… And well the absolute worst experience you can have.
Ordered dishes as a small group… The kitchen staff seemed like they had no idea what they were doing… The burger I had was absolutely dry, super bland, and I had to use the ranch to make my burger pallateble.
The beef tenderloin bites… Which is NOT tenderloin… It’s just steak bites, cold, and over cooked. Didn’t even look like a full steak.. just a thin cut in tiny pieces.
Chicken Wings… Were dry and crispy over cooked, seemed like they where under a heating lamp for hours before being served.
Sad to say that the best thing of the food was the beer & celery.
No idea what was going on but our waitress that was serving us, was kind sweet and very accommodating. But something was going on as she seemed pretty occupied, and when we where about to leave , she had left to go outside crying.
The bartender at the time was very accommodating and understanding about the situation. With everything going on, the situation was explained, we were compensated for the matter, but didn’t want to leave them empty handed so tipped her and the other waitress.
Now we also came in the bar during a karaoke night, so was loud. If we arrived at an earlier time, I can see the store being quite and quaint.

If you read my reviews you know I don’t typically trash the establishments I check out, so let me start with this. The atmosphere is fairly upbeat as far as dive bars go. I remember the food being decent here years ago and thought I would give it another go. Thats where the good ends. The bartender seemed more interested in waiting on her friends than anything else and I ended up walking out. I think service is a fair ask even in a bar, but def dobt expect a bar to be the pinnacle of local customer service. Good luck on this one is all I can offer.

A staple of the Issaquah dive bar scene for decades, it’s nice to see the Joker clean up and refresh its menu, exterior, and interior. It had been a couple of years since I had visited and got to see some familiar faces behind the bar as well as a fabulous server/bartender (Kira, thank you, you were great!). Happy to see wings are still on point for Wangs Wednesday too!

The server is amazing. Haley is so respectful, polite, and understanding.
We are extremely happy with her service, attitude, and behavior however the owner is old school guy and sounds like too micromanager. Which was annoying because I noticed he was around and making us uncomfortable.
Food is great a kind of expensive for this kind of casual bar.
This bar is extremely bright and feels like you are in the middle of stadium watching games.
You cant even have some privacy while you are having your food or drinks.
I hope owner takes the customers feedback and requests more seriously.
It was my first time and last time.
Bar should not be this freaking bright and uncomfortable.

Watching the Mariners vs Detroit, worst ordering and delivery of drinks and food I’ve ever experienced!! Stand in a line to order, then you may or may not receive your drink/food order in 15 or 20 minutes. Just so badly organized, they really need to do better, especially on a day like today

I was genuinely excited to visit Jokers Pub and Grill to catch a football game, but unfortunately, the experience didn’t live up to expectations. Upon arrival, I headed straight to the bar but wasn’t acknowledged by anyone. After standing around for a bit, I ended up seating myself.
It took an astonishing 47 minutes just to place a food order. During that time, it seemed like the server was more focused on chatting with friends than checking in on guests. When the food did arrive—about 25 minutes later—it was just an appetizer, and by that point, the service had already left a bad taste in my mouth.
Later, a different server brought the bill fairly quickly, but without checking if I needed anything else or if the food was alright. The whole interaction felt rushed and impersonal, like my presence wasn’t really wanted.
I had high hopes for this place, but the poor service made it a frustrating experience. Jokers Pub and Grill needs to seriously reevaluate their customer service if they want people to return. Do better.

$20 for a burger??? I come here all the time after work. They raised their prices way to much!!! Loved this place because of how clean it is, please don’t make me go to a super divey bar! I used to order a beer and whiskey, but now their whiskey is way overpriced. Honestly would save a hell of a lot more running to the store and getting your own…. So sad, I loved this place. Plus I asked of a double…. And this is super light… very light pours!!!

Location: In Issaquah on East lake sammamish parkway on a main strip of restaurants and stores. in a little plaza that has a decent amount of parking especially if you are there at night.
Ambiance/View: It has a typical bar and bar food vibe. it is relaxed and nice and the bar tender and the waitress are super friendly and relaxed. They have 3 pool tables and a lot of chairs and tables and a few televisions where you can sit and enjoy the different sports and concerts that are going on. They have a nice outside area with plenty of chairs and tables and umbrellas so that you can enjoy yourself during the spring and summer and in general. Not to mention the waitresses are super cute lol.
Cleanliness: Thus far, it has been very clean and tidy. They are very quick to clean and make sure if there is a mess it is cleaned up quickly. The few times I have gone the bathrooms were very clean and actually smelled like they were.
Customer Service: The girls and the cooks are always friendly and willing to have a fun time and crack jokes. The staff is quick to make your drinks and food and always attentive. They are good at making conversation and just all around super friendly and personable.
Taste: B.L.T.C.E= The Bacon, Lettuce, tomato egg and cheese Sandwich. I added guacamole to it because they didn’t have just avocado and even then the waitresses suggestion was good and as a cook i could tell it would taste good on the sandwich. It was most definitely good. plenty of bacon and the egg and cheese gave it a nice little bundle of flavor to it. it was a nice over easy egg and melted cheese in it. The egg yolk provided a nice creaminess that when tasted with the guacamole and the crunchiness of the bacon was just right. it was a medium sandwich that wasn’t too heavy or too light. I have no gallbladder so it was perfect and good for my stomach. lol The flavor was consistent in each bite. The tater tots were crispy and not greasy and very hot and very good.
Overall: It is a bar I have started to go to because its not to expensive and the staff and the food is great. I am always welcomed when I go there and the staffs attitude is always that of friendliness and relaxation. The consistency of their food is good( even though their garlic butter wings need a lot more garlic and less butter and more flavor added. review pending) There are a few things they could work on to improve the bar and make it a lot better. But overall, It is a good bar I would recommend to for a fun, relaxed and inexpensive chill time.
