I cannot stress enough how phenomenal they are here. They are so accommodating and will make changes for my picky granddaughter. The food is always fresh and delicious. The atmosphere is wonderful. Very clean. The server here is so wonderful! They have great vegetarian options as well.

Wow !
My mother and I used to go to Vietnamese rice and she loved it so much. She would bring her friends from intel. The food was GREAT and the service WAS amazing bringing us back everytime…my mom would always recommend Vietnamese rice for food when we did take out or sit down.
My mother passed away and so I brought my friends and my husband here. I can’t believe how much it’s gone downhill.
I’m so disappointed. I’m super bummed bc this was “our” place, and we were treated like fools.
The front kid who takes orders is absolutely irritating to make an order over the phone with. So we asked to speak with Jenny bc he’s a kid and doesn’t take our order right.
He then tells us that asking for Jenny won’t get us any special discounts! We never asked for discounts! We only wanted our order to be right! How offensive!
We asked for Jenny bc she understood and got our order right. We placed an order and he left it on the counter and went to the restroom, by the Time we showed up to pick up our food. He was still in the bathroom and our order was still Sitting on the counter!
Gross he was taking a crap while we were on our way! Nothing was sent to the kitchen and my husband had to sit out in the parking lot and wait for the order to be made.
We feel that we have been completely offended.
Another time I went to go get my food they missed the chili and gave me chili on the side. This kind of chili you have to cook in the food for the chili to Make any kind of difference in the dish. I honestly could’ve made it myself.
I have to say I’m very disappointed because I really like to be at rice, but I will go out of my way to pick up food from another place from now on.
Now, my husband is offended because he feels like he did something wrong when all he did was try to get his order right!

This gem of a place is clean, quiet, artistic and the food and service are wonderful. I’ve ordered several entrees but my current fav treat is the avocado smoothie which I get with half sweetness (DD loves the mango one which is also delicious). Food is fresh and freshly prepared. Bon apetit!

By far the best Vietnamese food in Rio Rancho. Remarkably better than other restaurants across the entire menu. Fresh, flavorful, and quality ingredients. Friendly staff and owner. Never disappointed!

We’ve been wanting to try this place for a while. It’s really tasty! We started with the pork spring rolls with peanut sauce. The rolls were fresh and a good size, just not enough pork in them. I had the clay pot with chicken. It was so good! Plenty of veggies, chicken and rice. My bf had the noodle bowl with chicken. Also very good! Fresh ingredients and flavorful. The waitress was friendly & attentive. The place was clean and quiet. They have a tv showing the latest sports game but no volume, which I prefer. We were able to find parking right in front of the restaurant but we went just before the dinner rush.

Impressed with the food flavor. I recommend you try the egg noodles shrimp or chow fun noodle. The Thai tea was good but not the best. It didn’t taste like a strong tea with creamy flavor. Customer service was beyond great. Clean environment. yummy

The spring rolls were very good at a reasonable price. Easy to order over the phone. Smooth pickup too

The spring rolls are the worst. The chicken in them have no flavor and seem to have been from boiled chicken . The peanut sauce is literally watered down peanut butter. Also the pho (fah) taste like nothing. And they give you a old mint leave on the stick. The chicken in this was boiled with no flavor. I definitely feel they were being hateful or just don’t know how to cook! The mint leave which is not necessary was soggy. Also the water for the soup is not hot enough to make the sprouts warm
