My favorite is the Chewbacca burger & Ham & cheese. There service here in the weekend is incredible packed & lots of cookers but the when weekday hits it only one or two cooks it takes longer my friend we already waited more than 30 mins. Been going here for years as we live right next door and are familiar with the owners. Ordered an extra side of fries. Didn’t get them and husband took a pic of his food before going back. The cook straight up called my husband a liar and insisted we got our fries, even with photo evidence. Absolutely ridiculous way to run an establishment. Lost loyal repeat customers over some damn fries.

Well I just happened to be in the neighbourhood site figured I stop by and check this place out. I ordered a cheeseburger fries and a drink. Everything was very tasty. The waitress cleaned my table before I sat down. The Burger was gigantic and delicious the fries were done just right. Considering the size of the Burger the price was very reasonable. If I am ever in the neighbourhood again I will definitely stop by.

The food was great! We enjoyed the wings, Chewbacca, tenderloin, quesadilla, and sliders! We took advantage of their after 8pm deals and their $1 Taco Tuesday! The service was not great, but that’s okay. We wish we could’ve gotten an itemized receipt because we think their was a mistake with the charges we received, but overall it was worth the cheap prices.

Driving in the vicinity and Google Maps pulled up this place as one of the nearest restaurants for me. There are two entrances. The one on the left is the bar entrance. The entrance on the right is a very small room for family dining. I went in the family dining area first and saw the specials up on the board. I passed through a walkway by the kitchen and sat at the bar. I was by myself. Penny, the bartender, greeted me and really made me instantly feel like a regular. I thought that was awesome. They had brewed ice tea. Yay! It’s a hard pass for me with the stuff from a gun. I remembered the posted specials from the dining room and that just made ordering easy for me. I have never had a burger with peanut butter on it before. Heard about but never felt the need to fix something I ate that wasn’t broken. Anyway, I was feeling adventurous and ordered the burger with peanut butter, bacon, pepper jack cheese and jalapenos on a toasted bun which included fries. I ordered the meatloaf special to go for my husband to take to work tonight. He works 3rd shift (insert boo right here). The meal came out very promptly. The burger was so hot I could not eat it right away. Same with fries. I looked and that burger and thought “Wow”! The burger covered the bun and then some all the way around. The bacon which was perfect for this sandwich was all in a big nest to cover the inside of the bun for a gracious bite of bacon with every bite. I usually order my bacon crisp but I was actually glad it wasn’t for this sandwich. I am not a spicy, spicy person but being adventurous, I thought what the heck. Well…to make a long story short, I took the jalapenos off. Phew! Those babies were too hot for me. By doing this though, I lost some of the ooey gooey cheese that was melted so wonderfully over the top of the jalapenos and burger. You would have thought they used liquid cheese the way it was melted so perfectly and plenty of it.
OMG! What a bite! The conglomeration of toppings on this juicy burger just melted like butter. Seriously. They didn’t just try to hide a puck in a pile of goowad. Glad I tried something new tonight that I never ever thought I would need to order. This sandwich is huge. They have themself a winner with this buger combo! I love when I order right. Don’t you?
I ordered the daily special which was meatloaf, green beans and mashed potatoes and gravy. He missed out on the burger and fries just because I figured it would warm better later on. What a huge serving they provide, too. It was your good ole passing the all test of times meatloaf special.
I look forward to going back for my next food adventure because as I mentioned earlier, I didn’t even scan the menu. I didn’t ask what the OT on the sign meant either. Oh well. To be continued…

Peace in the evening. That’s what I come here for. Not too rowdy, with a restaurant on the right half; and a bar on the left, I still have yet to eat any dinner or daily special here that wasn’t cooked with care. Marco is a national treasure, Jenine always treats you right, and Connie cares far too much to be contained. Leave your troubles at the door, grab a pint, and enjoy the touch tunes choices of this wonderful community of hard-working patrons.
I reccomend this place to anyone lucky enough to wander through Wanamaker, and I’m happy to say that I finally got to bring my lady to a bar that helps missing my small hometown a little easier each time I walk in the door.

We had a carry out order. But the food was exceptionally well, very hot. When picked up, awesome delux pizza in town. Probably order again next week
