Reviews
On my way back to my car, I noticed this Dish Society location.
Since I was hungry (and cold), I walked in curiously. Liking what I saw, I decided to stay and try their food.
It turned out to be a good idea.
Atmosphere: a beautiful, large space with greenery. Tables spaces far enough apart so one did not hear the neighboring table discussion. Comfortable booths.
Food: I was there for brunch. I ordered the brisket and eggs dish with extra bacon, a hot mocha drink and Topo Chico sparkling water. The chopped brisket was tasty and mildly spicy (good). The eggs were perfectly cooked, soft fry not hard fry (good). The whole was served on creamy gouda gifts (yum). The bacon strips were served hot, a bit sweet and crunchy, the way I like them (good). My mocha was done perfectly.
Service: all the staff was friendly and helpful, especially Tanner who took good care of me. Thanks Tanner.
Additional note: although the “order at the front register” system seems to make sense for the company, it can results in long lines while customers take their time to peruse the menu. Maybe they (corporate) should consider changing or improving on that system.
Overall: a very good experience. I will surely come back to try more dishes.

Order a Bowl!
& I also LOVE THE PESTO PASTA w: Chicken!
I will pass on the sweet potato mash next time, it’s too slimy and too mashed (plus there’s dairy in it)
I loved the crispy chicken kale salad with vinaigrette seasoning, but I don’t know the chicken was huge chunks.
The beignets were good, but the sauce is not. I’d order those if I had caramel at my house!
Bumping the rating to 5!
Dish Society has been one of my favorite restaurants in the Mueller area for the past couple of years, and it continues to impress with every visit. Whether I’m stopping by with family, meeting friends, or simply dropping in solo for a cup of coffee, the experience has consistently been excellent.
What truly sets this place apart is the staff. They genuinely go above and beyond to ensure your visit exceeds expectations, thoughtfully accommodating modifications and dietary restrictions without hesitation. That level of attentiveness makes a big difference and keeps me coming back.
The food is outstanding—almost everything I’ve tried has been prepared to perfection. You can clearly taste the freshness of the ingredients, and the flavors are always balanced and extremely palatable. One personal favorite that I simply can’t skip is the brown butter chocolate chip cookie. Paired with coffee, it’s absolute comfort and easily one of the best treats in the neighborhood.
The ambiance is another big win. The restaurant has great vibes, striking a perfect balance between lively and relaxed. With ample indoor and outdoor seating, it works equally well for casual brunches, family meals, or a quiet coffee break.
In my opinion, Dish Society is easily one of the best restaurants in the Mueller market district right now—especially if you appreciate a menu that leans fresh, wholesome, and thoughtfully prepared while still being delicious. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable spot with great food, welcoming service, and an atmosphere that makes you want to linger a little longer.
The humble humans at dish Society create some amazing meals for folks at the society can enjoy. For breakfast, I got the chicken and biscuits with gravy. And it was an amazing experience!
I would recommend coming to Dish Society, eating at Society, because we live in a society and that is beautiful.
Great time! Will be back 🙂
