So I guess this place is alright if you work at the quarry. The coffee tastes feels a bit off like the filter might need change. Wake up wrap was a bit burnt. They specifically handed me a creamer when they forgot to put it in the drink which isn’t too bad.

I went to purchase a hot coffee but I had a coupon if I purchased any hot coffee I get a free donut. Well that ended up being a big no no . The cashier named Manjulaben P. Was very very rude , she didn’t greet me , she seemed super annoyed & frustrated. I showed her my coupon and she “says” she couldn’t give me my free donut because the scanner wouldn’t allow it. I don’t understand she could of went to get a manager and asked to do it. I was going to purchase a coffee. But no she didn’t do nothing!! I was very upset and I will not be coming back to this location..

So, I normally don’t like to leave bad reviews but this one feels necessary. I was waiting for service on my car at Chevy and I walked over to this Dunkin Donuts location. I looked in the ice cream case while I was waiting for my coffee and breakfast sandwich. There were clusters of dead flies next to the ice cream container and most likely in some of the ice cream. Immediately, I cancelled my food order and told the cashier it was because they had flies in the ice cream case. She wiped up a few but that was it. I went back to Chevy for a while and the more I thought about it, the more unbelievable it seemed. I walked back to Dunkin and all 3 cashiers were standing around doing nothing with dead flies sitting next to open ice cream containers. I started taking pictures and that’s when the cashier (possible owner?) wiped up a couple more flies and started closing the cases. I was unable to get great pics because of that but if you scroll in you can see the wings and make it out. They are serving this food to people and it is a health code violation which is what I said when I went back the 2nd time. You don’t have to be schooled in sanitation to know that flies shouldn’t be included with an ice cream cone.. People can get sick and they should be warned that this is happening at this location. I was truly disgusted and questioned whether I was seeing this because it is truly unbelievable to me that somebody would run their business this way and serve that to their paying customers. This is NOT OK!!!

The rude lady had an attitude because she had to correct my order from 4 caramel to 3 caramel. It was not a big deal. For her it seemed like an impossible thing to correct.

The staff at this Dunkin’ is constantly yelling behind the counter, creating a really uncomfortable atmosphere for customers. It feels like they have no interest in providing good service, no greeting, no courtesy…Their behavior is unprofessional and honestly frustrating. Definitely not the kind of place you want to start your morning. Indian woman so unkind and even on her face you can see that you are not welcome in there.

I typically don’t eat fast food, but Dunkin is the exception because the food isn’t drenched in old frying oil. Unfortunately, this particular location was a major disappointment. I waited over 20 minutes for a simple mobile order, and when I finally received it, the hash browns were cold—prompting me to go back inside to ask for fresh ones. Between the delay and the poor food quality, this visit felt like a complete waste of time and $12. I likely won’t be returning to this location.

The munchkins were super stale so we decided to get a Boston crème and a chocolate frosted donut hoping it will taste better but in the end nothing was fresh and if not for the coffee one could literally choke on it. As much as I like DNKN, this experience was pretty poor.
