Sorry service!! 3 people working, of which 2 were on their phones and not doing their jobs. We were a party of 3. No one else was in the building and it took several minutes to get my food. I wanted a double stack combo, but the server couldn’t find it on the screen, so I ordered the Dave’s single instead. Only 1 baked potato available and they couldn’t tell me how long it had been out. I had to wait well over 5 minutes for them to fix my order. Then, when I went to get my drink, almost all of the selections were not available. Only Sprite, odd flavored drinks & root beer were available options. I wanted Coke, nothing complex, but I didn’t have any options for Coke (diet, caffeine free, etc) except for some weird flavor. At least my burger & chili were hot. Not going back there anymore!

I just have to give a shout out the staff at Wendy’s in Greensboro! Every time I eat there the staff is always friendly,seems genuinely happy to be doing their job and the order is always right and still warm.
Not to mention the line moves quickly. I have been so consistently impressed that I asked to speak to the Manager last visit. I think her name was Sylvia?

How do you stay in business when you don’t sell food??? Was told to hang on (rudely) in the drive thru. Sat there for 10 mins. Said something multiple times. Could not get anyone to take my order. One car in the drive thru. No one inside except the two employees sitting at the table in the lobby. How is this a business model?

All my food was wrong
Diet coke was mostly water.
Nuggeta were funky.
Asked for my fries to be under cooked I. E soft and they were hard little mouth razors.
Not going back there

Stopped to grab a quick bite, first time visited this Wendy’s order got all messed up and didn’t realize it until got home. This time order was right food was hot and fresh. Outside parking lot was clean as well as appearance of restaurant. Inside was clean, restrooms where clean, the employees where very nice and friendly. Tried the strawberry frosty wasn’t really impressed nor was the serving a full cup it was a good 2″ below rim not full.

This might be the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. I don’t know how it can take forever AND the food not be fresh. The fries were so old I couldn’t eat them, the texture was terrible.

There are, no exaggeration, thousands of flies here. I don’t know they’re having an issue, no one addressed. Standing for 10 minutes there were flies all around us. It was so disgusting

Stopped through the drive thru on my way to TX. Service was good but the food was absolutely disgusting. I ordered a bacon double stack and chicken nuggets and let me just say look at the pictures. It takes a lot for me to throw away food because as a child I was homeless and I take food as a privilege, but I was only able to eat half the burger and one chicken nugget. The Wendy’s organization should intervene with this store immediately before they kill someone, it was a disgrace to the Wendy’s family. By the time I Looked at my food I was already on the highway heading to Texas ,so I couldn’t turn around, I am so disappointed.

Got JBC and it is now the size of a kids burger. The French fries were warm at best. Very disappointed with the quality of Wendy’s.
