I don’t know how this location plans to be successful at the rate it’s going. Their card readers are “down” so they told me to order an app. I did. I am allergic to sourdough bread so I ordered my sandwich on a sesame bun. They handed me my order and thank goodness I checked it because it had the sourdough bun on it. She told me “I don’t know what to tell you we’re out of buns.” I watched her make an order after me and can see the buns right in front of me. She stood there lying and yelling at me. Her sweet employees were so kind and remade it. But even IF they were out… they should have told me before making my order. Instead they planned to cheat me. It honestly seems like this location doesn’t want to make money and is a really bad look for the franchise.

Staff was friendly and service was fast.
I ordered in the app for pickup (which has some major flaws, and was bizarrely difficult, but that’s not this individual restaurant’s fault).
The dining area was neat and clean.
The food was…edible. I appreciate that at a fast food burger joint, I’m not necessarily gonna get patties fresh and hot off the grill, but I do expect them to be above room temperature! Leave them under the warmer or plop them back on the grill long enough to at least melt the cheese a bit, people. It’s cool…I’ll wait! The place wasn’t busy and I was clearly not in a rush.
The toppings were fresh and probably would have been tasty enough if served on a burger that was heated up by something other than the thoughts and prayers of the employees.
In contrast, the fries were fresh, hot and tasty. It’s a minor nitpick, but I prefer to sprinkle a few pepper packets on my fries and there just weren’t any to be had, which seems odd in a newly built and opened location, but I guess supply-chain issues have a lot of unexpected consequences in this economy.
I’ll probably give it one more chance sometime if I’m in the neighborhood and feeling both hungry and optimistic.
