might be one of the least skilled pho restaurant, dined in dinner on 1/10/2026
opinions with photos:
1) $7 coffee, cup came 20% empty, even with ice
2) no lime, only lemon wedge provided. they do NOT taste the same!
3) first pho restaurant where i had to ask for the sauce dish (usually provided by default). Dish was not clean, smudges clearly visible
4) for $19 pho, this is as small as i’ve ever seen. the soup was bland as water, and barely any meat.
service was good, but the food failed on every front!
Avoid at all cost!

I have eaten here before it’s been a while. But I was really craving a good bowl of Pho being that i’m not feeling good. I sent my husband to pick it up when he came home to say I was disappointed is an understatement. I ordered the beef bowl and got 3 skimpy. Little pieces of beef, my husband got shrimp and literally had 2 pieces of shrimp. He also said, while placing the order the man that he was ordering with was very rude to the fallow female employee just made him feel very uncomfortable to be supporting a business with such rude manners. Charging $18 & $16 a bowl for broth and noodles and no meat was such a disappointment

Meh, I wouldn’t recommend 🙁
First impression was tough. We were given two waters and mine had a long piece of plastic in it. I asked our waitress to replace it and she was kind and quick to help.
Ordered a coffee with boba and I swear, I’ve never had tougher, old boba like this. I was super excited but the boba literally ruined the experience for me.
Spring rolls were just okay, but the presentation was cute.
Pho was okay but it came with a small amount of meat. I took pictures of a couple of things but just felt defeated once we received the rest of our meal.
I just cannot justify spending so much on mediocre food.

An amazing meal with incredible service. Prices are reasonable and portions are big and healthy. We were so impressed with the P7 combination plate, the lemongrass curry, and the tofu rolls. Pho Saigon is a must when you’re in Tucson!

The pho was perfect—absolutely delicious. The beef broth was incredibly flavorful and instantly became my hyperfixation. The owner has great taste in music, and the atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. Our waitress was attentive and kind, and we loved chatting with the owner about his music taste. We loved it, and if there’s a wait — trust us, it’s worth it. 10/10.

I ordered a Chicken Pad Thai and this meal came out dryer than the Arizona desert the noodles were over cooked this meal tasted more like curry and so salty. I was so confused and mad and not only it was dry and salty I hardly had chicken in the noodles. I would definitely order pad thai from anywhere but here. Did t even the slightest taste anything like pad thai. I spend 38 bucks for chicken pad thai and two spring rolls. Not even worth it here.

I am not sure if this is under new ownership or what’s going on. I ordered sesame chicken for takeout. The menu said $15 and I ended up being charged $18.48. I don’t believe it was $3.48 in tax on a $15 menu item. Service was really good. I waited a little while on the food which is fine because it came out fresh and it was pretty good. I cannot believe I spent that much money on this much food. No vegetables just a small amount of sesame chicken and rice. I will definitely have to look for another place to get sesame chicken. The food amount does not match the price

I was really disappointed with my recent takeout order. We paid for a large chicken pho and spring rolls, but the portions were small and definitely not what I’d consider a large. The chicken was bland just boiled chicken breast with no seasoning and the broth had almost no flavor at all. Even the peanut sauce was watered down and tasted like it had already been picked at. Overall, the food was completely flavorless.
When I called to let the manager know, he told me to ask for him next time so the order would be “enough,” which honestly isn’t an acceptable response. This was my first and last visit. I’ll stick with the real Miss Saigon, where the food actually has flavor and is worth the price. Save yourself the headache and check out Miss Saigon instead.

Pho was not hot enough, super small portion and not tasty at all. Our credit card also got extra $3 charged than what the bill said. No idea how and why so be very careful paying your bill at this restaurant. As we won’t come back again to this not so honest restaurant.
