We were steady customers for the first six years we lived in the area. The previous owner knew us by name and welcomed us each visit. After the business was sold the prices have gone up, the portions smaller and quality has struggled both with respect to the food and the service . There is an item on the menu that sounds almost identical to another item and the staff aren’t trained well enough to know the difference. We’ve had a to go order filled wrong three times based on this one simple and easily fixed issue. It happened again this evening and will be our last time ordering the dish. We are still hoping the new owner can turn it around but are nearing the end of second, third and fourth chances.

Extremely disappointed by the owner today. He is normally very nice and attentive but was far from customer friendly today. We placed an order ($140) through Door Dash and it was confirmed at 1:17PM with an estimated pickup time of 1:36PM. When I arrived at the restaurant at 1:38PM to get my order, I was met with confusion and a standoff attitude. The restaurant was empty with the exception of one family, and I was told they had not received my order. After I provided confirmation, I was never given any update, I wasn’t asked my name, nor was I given a status of when I could expect to receive my order. After waiting another 15-20 minutes, I tried to ask a staff member as calmly as possible where my order was. Before anyone could answer me, I was met with rude push back from the owner, stating that they didn’t receive anything until I arrived at their location, that it would be ready soon and I needed to just wait. I was never met with an apology, there was no attempt to explain the situation, there was no actual interaction of any kind. After receiving my order FINALLY at 2:08PM, I left. The entire situation ruined our appetite and ultimately we wished we just cancelled our order and got a refund. I will not be returning, nor will our family or friends who were: waiting for me to return home with our food.

Excellent food!! Service is very friendly, our waitress was attentive and quick. Only suggestion would be to do the onion volcano sooner so the onions are cooked.

great experience over here ! lalani was our server and she was incredible! never left us waiting, very fast service and super kind, the food was delicious and came out reasonably fast, will be returning definitely worth a try, we had sushi will be back to try hibachi next !

This place has gone downhill. Had been going every few weeks since we live in the neighborhood. Had a to go order today that was put in 1:17 for pickup at 1:35. Had to sit that till 2:05. No apology, no break on the meal or trying to make things right. We are done going here.

It’s so disappointing to be posting this because I’ve been coming here for years, but since management changed this place is awful. Especially the manager. I also had plastic in my salad and pulled this piece of plastic out of my mouth. He completely messed up my order and wouldn’t give me a refund on it or fix it. I was in tears in frustration because my mom and I come here multiple times a week and the people even know our order.

You absolutely can’t go wrong. The service and atmosphere are amazing. The food is top quality and cooked to perfection. This is my favorite place to eat! Go hungry and get a combo.
