Had an extremely unpleasant experience at this location. Me and two friends placed mobile pickup orders and went through the drive through to give our codes. We were told on the intercom by the first employee that they could not except more than two orders I started to say we have 3 orders and before I could ask what we could do the manager took over and started yelling at us through the speaker. Very unprofessional attitude especially as someone who has worked in customer service for years. She told us she would only do it once as there was no one else at the McDonald’s but continued to lecture us. Once we made it do the window another employee said “why did you have to piss my manager off right before I leave” Very unprofessional all around. Our mobile orders were already paid for and it was over an hour before close. Management should do better.

I don’t usually leave reviews especially when it comes to customer service but there is this girl who always has something nice to say every time I see her. She is an absolute sweetheart and is very fast and officiant and makes the wait enjoyable. This McDonalds has some pretty nice people working here. 🙂

Carmen is the absolute worst manager of any establishment I have ever met. I have had so many issues with wrong orders or being overcharged and she NEVER takes accountability for her store’s actions. She has several occasions ran her mouth and screamed when we get things corrected. She blames customers for errors that her employees make. I ordered 3 meals and only 1 was rang in as a meal and was overcharged by over 8 dollars and she said it’s because I ordered it all in separate pieces which is not true. She then was screaming about me to the employees where the whole restaurant could see and hear while another employee was so kind and helpful. Never once did she come to help me directly this time or come say sorry or anything, just sat off in the corner yelling and screaming. So unbelievably unprofessional and I will take the extra 10 minutes to go to the Bonner location because she is honestly so ridiculous. I took a video of the interaction as well and would LOVE to post it online so everyone can see this place for what it is.

Pulled into the drive-thru at 10:21 AM. My food was brought out to my car at 10:54 AM. When I got home and opened the bag the order was wrong. Absolutely the last time I go there. This is a consistent problem with this store. Avoid at all costs!…

Really not happy right now. I ordered a quarter pounder with no onions because I’m allergic. I didn’t even have to open the container to realize that it was covered in onions. I guess it’s a good thing I used my points to not eat.

I’m not sure what kind training you all do here, but obviously need to do more. You have people at the windows messing up orders causing me to go back through the drive through multiple times to fix the mistakes multiple times, and it’s been one of different days. I enjoy playing musical cars so much! Some of the workers here know what they’re doing and then others mess up Everytime. I have family members who go to this location too and have had the same problems so I know it’s not just me. I don’t enjoy having to play musical cars and having to show my receipts for it not to be accurate when my order was supposed to be 3 fries 2sprites 1 coke 1 water bottle. I got the recipe saying 4 fries 1 coke 1 sprite and 1 water bottle. Tell me why I had already gone through a second time to get our second sprite and got home only to find we did not get our water bottle. Absolutely ridiculous how many time do you expect me to go through drive through to fix your mistakes?! I’m done using this location and will not be back.

Horrible service, no one was the least bit friendly. The fries were half full, I tried to get the employee’s attention, but she was too busy listening music through her ear buds. My drive home was less than 5 minutes. Food was not even warm by that time. This is the 3rd time in a row, done with this location.

On 11/16 used the mobile app.for curbside pick. Order was incorrect on hand off and told the attendant that it wasn’t correct. End up going in to get it corrected. The management was very rude and incompetent on reading the ticket. The ticket clearly showed what we order but didn’t reflect what we got service. Very disappointed in this manager

The Kiosk says buy one get one breakfast sandwich deal is not available on random days and it’s too difficult to get a cashier up to the front when it’s busy. This is extremely frustrating and I want to delete this review if it is fixed.
