The food is exceptional and the owners are even better! I love taking my kids there, you are truly treated like family. We try to come by often and with Thursday night game night it’s even better. If you want good food and good company this is the place for you!!

My little family ate here for the first time and we loved it! We loved the fun decor. My toddler did especially with seeing a lot of her favorite things! We played Jenga while we waited for our food. Everything was super filling and flavorful. I got the Beatty roll and loved it! The owner makes all the dough from scratch and the cookies are amazing. We’ll definitely be back.

For having just opened, good job! This place is a cool hangout for cold drinks, good finger foods, and games. Shawn the owner is incredibly friendly and welcoming. We know everyone has there favorite hotdog joint, but we’ll be back cause this is our new favorite! Try the crinkle fries, yum.

This place is great! The Beatty Roll is a must-try for any fan of Appalachian cuisine! It’s a delicious combination of a WV-style hotdog (dog with slaw) on a homemade pepperoni roll bun. It was unique and honestly better than I was expecting. My partner ordered a bunch of desserts because he has a sweet tooth and we both went nuts over the homemade chocolate chip cookies! He also adored the cinnamon rolls, but I was too hungry to try those. We can’t wait to go back for more!

It doesn’t matter how good the food is if it’s in star city wv, they are broke. They are trying to fill quotas and impose max fines no matter what. The people you have to deal with if you get any tickets there are absolute bullies, avoid star city at all costs. Literally Morgantown, west over, Granville, and cheat lake are all better places to be anyway.

I know my wife (Reina) already posted…but I would be remiss if I didn’t add my two-cents! 🙂
As I told you when we were chatting…your hot dog chili is “on-point”…love the “nice spice” after taste…I think you got a winner with that chili recipe…don’t mess with it (unless the “meat” % we talked about)….
Other than that….we told you we were on a “Hot Dog” journey that day…so when we left you, we tried that “Hometown” place…
YUCK!!! What in the world….have no clue how their rating is that high…I felt I needed a tetanus shot leaving the place…and was certain I would end up on the toilet for 4 hours after taking their dogs for a test drive…
Anyway…all that to say…
Since moving from Texas….tasting many different hot dogs from different places….
YOU, My Man, are our “go-to” spot now…
Not just for the food…but your joint is a total cool hang-out…
I appreciate YOU, I appreciate your genuine friendliness…
And last….Still….SO PROUD OF WHAT YOU ARE DOING!!!
