My husband and I came to the drive through of this Arby’s on October 18 and we ordered the new Beef nugget sandwich and jalapeño poppers with rxtra ranch dressing (the sweet hot sauce provided with the jalapeño poppers has too much sugar for my diabetic husband). The service was friendly and fast – and they got the order right.
The jalapeño poppers were awesome, as always, but I want to give a shout out for the new Beef nuggets!!!! This was served on a soft bun with cheese and bits of onion rings and fries for crunch.
The meat is slow smoked and has a taste and texture of brisket without all the fat. This meat is so fall-apart tender that a person with no teeth could eat it and be happy. (We both have teeth, lol, but this would be good news for denture wearers.

Ordered 2 half pound roast beef sandwiches at the drive thru. This sandwich contains only roast beef and a bun. It’s HIGHLY reliant on sauce, otherwise it’s dry. Requested EXTRA Arby’s sauce and horsey sauce due to the size of the sandwich’s. Got home. NO SAUCE!! Lesson here: CHECK YOUR BAG when you get your order as adding sauce at this location is apparently hit and miss! Please get the word out to folks working at this location that the sauces and including them with the order when they are requested, is critical to the Arby’s experience.

I ordered the 2 for 6.99 Surf ‘N Turf….One of the sandwiches look like someone took a bite out of it…Not to mention both of the sandwiches being cold. The beverage machine was out of order so you couldn’t get a drink with your meal. Your only option was to substitute a drink for a regular size milkshake or apple juice or regular milk. I’ve been calling this Arby’s on Palm Bay for at least 20 mins with no answer . This is ridiculous and I’m very disappointed

Emanuel florez ( incorrect spelling. The gentleman was very impatient providing his name. He immediately closed and locked the drive thru glass after saying his name. More on this later.) is disgusting and ignored me on purpose because i arrived at the drive through, as he said, at 11:56pm when they closed at 12:00pm. Im sure i was there by 11:52, per my clock. However, I’m ok with not taking orders at certain time, but if you can tell me when I arrive, you could have at least said we are not talking any orders at that time. Then, I go on my mary way. I literally said hello at least 10 times to no answer at the drive thru order section. I then pulled up to the pick up line. He side eyes my vehicle and walks away. At that point, he could have said we are closed. Ignored, I then proceeded to knock on the window as i see him walking back and forth. At this poiny, i didnt want food anymore. I wanted his name to address his lack professionalism. I understand fast food is not the easiest job, but his attitude and dimenar was unbecoming of a manager. This kid needs some serious customer relationship training. Instead of ignoring my request at the drive thru, he could have simply let me know that they were closed for the night. I hate writing bad reviews but please coach this young man so that he can have positive experiences with customers.

Arby’s, you forgot the MEATs.. I know this place is new and staff is also probably new. But come on man. This samich was all bread and very little meat. I got the Gyro meal. Fries were not cooked all the way. I Will consider raising my review once I go back for a second try. But til then not to great from my experience.

Came here for the fries, of course. The mix wasn’t working and the general manager was at the window. You could tell everyone was working very hard. The GM was beyond apologetic and very kind. The food was worth the wait. I could tell it was fresh. She said I made her evening with my positive attitude. I will for sure come back to this location.
