Love going on Moes Mondays , especially when Chan works ! She always makes sure there is fresh meats out and that we get extra corn in our bowls! Her attitude is always positive and encouraging for us to come see her the next week. There is a blue hair woman who always works at this location that always reminds us to scan our phones to get our points! Very optimistic and happy ladies working here!

I placed an order by calling catering. I Was having a small dinner party and wanted an easy way to feed 10 people. I had used Moe‘s in the past for catering, and the amount of food had always been perfect. I found out I was only going to have eight guests, and I called catering back and we discussed taco kits instead of a catered taco bar. I had the option of ordering taco kits the day of the party at the restaurant, but the person in catering said that I could simply order through her over the phone which made it so convenient. It allowed me to pick two different proteins, as well as have rice included, which is what I wanted through catering but rice is an extra with a catered taco bar. This was a more affordable option, and like before, the amount of food was sufficient with an extra meal left over for three people. I chose to pick up the food this time which eliminated a delivery fee of $25. If I was feeding more people, I would’ve had it delivered and paid the fee for the convenience. Working with Moe’s is so easy, the amount of food is always sufficient, and sometimes more than enough, the quality and presentation are great and professional, and they’ve always been so friendly and reliable.

Very inconsistent experience. It has been good sometimes, and bad others. Depending on who is working, you may get a 5 star delicious burrito and great service. The other days you may get crunchy rice, uncooked fajita vegetables, and someone who may not even make eye contact with you. I guess you take your chances if you like.

I ordered delivery from the Moe’s website. First, it took a hour and some minutes for me to get the food. I was tracking the order, first delivery guy was close then I refreshed the webpage and it had a different delivery person with a new time. Delivery person that delivered was nice (DoorDash). When I got my order, everything was packaged well. When I started eating, I found a long strand of straight dark hair in my food. I immediately called Moe’s to let them know. The person who answered seemed to have had an attitude. Then stated they were going to refund me fully for the bowl. I didn’t get the full refund for the bowl, only partial of the amount that was purchased for the bowl. That was my first time ordering from them and I will not do it again. Very disappointed and dissatisfied.

Moes used to be great. You now can’t order the food the way you used to. The bowls have shrunk in size at least 3 times in the last 2 years. You get less food all around. But price has gone up. Time to let go of moes. At this point, I’ll go to a regular Mexican restaurant and get real amount of food. Atleast the queso hasn’t gone down the drain.

I placed an order with Uber eats. The packaging was completely opened and they just shoved it inside of the bag with the receipts and everything directly touching my food. The picture I took is exactly how it was inside the bag. Disgusting. I couldn’t even eat my food. Tried to call but they didn’t answer. I hope the staff realizes that they’re wasting people’s money and ruining their meals. Will never come here again.

Honestly disappointing, barely any meat compared to the size of the bowl. With the underwhelming portion of meat, I could’ve just got a great salad else where. The itty bitty pieces of minced soggy meat, is not enough for a child let alone an adult. Then I couldn’t enjoy a break out of the office because the dining room is literally filthy, tables and floors with food and napkin droppings all over. At a location as centralized as this one, expected better.
