Fresh, fast, and always spot on!
Just Poké on Mercer Island is my go-to for a healthy, satisfying meal. The ingredients are incredibly fresh — you can taste the quality in every bite. The tuna and salmon are consistently top-notch, the rice is perfectly seasoned, and they’re always generous with toppings.
The staff is friendly, quick, and you can tell they take pride in what they do. The place is clean and inviting, and the online ordering is super smooth if you’re in a rush. Whether you build your own bowl or go with one of their signature creations, you really can’t go wrong.
Highly recommend for anyone craving a light, flavorful meal that doesn’t feel “fast food” — Just Poké nails it every time.

Fresh poke bowl with a lot of options for protein, sauce and sides. Fresh ingredients. Store was quite small with only one employee so had to wait a bit until we could order. But they were kind and helpful.

Unfortunately putting a bad review… since moving to Mercer island in April I’ve been to this store 3 times. The 7 times I’ve been, they’ve been closed at random times of the day and week. Seems like they didn’t even open today and their google map location says open in green letters. Seems like these people just take time off whenever they want. Unfortunately as well, this is the only poke place in the island. Not to mention, their portions make no sense. I’ve had to say “I asked for double protein” everytime because their double protein is pitiful. Very disappointed in every way possible.

I think the food is decent, very standard poke, and I have been there multiple times. Poke has always been one of my favorite weekday lunch. But after reading some reviews, I know that I’m not the only one unsatisfied about the portion. Therefore I wanted to share some my of thoughts with the owner.
To the owner/store manager:
I understand that carefully controlling protein portions can help manage ingredient costs. However, being too strict with portions may end up hurting your business in the long run. In a community restaurant, the real key to success is creating a warm, welcoming experience that makes people want to come back. As much as I love poke, and despite the very convenient location, I found myself reluctant to go back to this store, because I don’t really enjoy buying food here.
Try relying a little less on the scale and a little more on generosity and human connection. Customers remember how they feel just as much as what they eat—and that feeling is what builds loyalty 🙂

I get $15 Uber eats credits every month. Buys me one bowl of poke. For Mercer island, a place with very few food options, it’s good enough for me to come back 🙂

Fun new place to eat at on the Island, Iv never had poke before until this store opened. Been coming almost every week since! Store is kept nice and clean. Workers are sweet and welcoming. Overall great experience every time.

Like others have said, the portion size is definitely on the smaller side compared to other Just Poke locations. The employee also claimed it was not possible to wear the salmon for my daughter’s bowl since it was a kids bowl, which we’ve had no issue with at other locations. The food tasted good and was fresh and the employee was nice, but definitely not the most generous/accommodating.

The staff is very friendly, the portions generous. With a single person handling all the orders is commendable they are doing such a great job!

I like it so much that I order take out at Just Poke every week. Friendly staff at this Mercer Island location and the food is always fresh and tasty. Their points program is also great. At the rate I’m eating here, I get a free scoop of protein every third time.
