every time I go to this Subway they messed up my order not one time if I went to her and they have not messed up my order and if it’s actually correct which is very rare for it to be correct they had the wrong shit to it they don’t care about allergies they had whatever they want to to it to try to get it done faster I’m guessing but this is absolutely the worst subway I’ve ever been to I’m calling corporate tomorrow cuz I’m tired of all my subs coming up messed up I went there three times in the last monthb and every time it is really messed up they can’t ever get a separate I feel like they need to get new employees or something cuz I’ve had it there I’m calling corporate and I’ll just take the extra drive and go to Nashville where they make really good subs if you want a good sub from Subway go to Nashville their Subway is absolutely excellent but this Subway is a joke they better off just closing it down I mean damn you close down KFC and they weren’t that bad they still made your orders right and somehow they’re still open over at Subway don’t go there you’ve been warned in the picture is the stuff I got today I asked for no sauces and I never order banana peppers on my sub but you can guess it they added a ton of mayonnaise and banana peppers and there soo cheap i got 2 tomatoes on each sub this is what it looked like lol maybe the people in Nashville subway could teach these people how to make a sub correctly

I’m going to start this by saying my sub was good however, did not get a great first impression. Walked in and said I had an online order, the guy just jerks his head towards the shelf and I said have a great day he didn’t say anything at all. Now my husband opens his meatball sub and the bread is so small and an inedible about of pepper. Like so much anyone would have looked at it and knew it was way too much. For this reason I’m giving this location a 1 star and not returning.

I didn’t realize 4 subs costed over 50 bucks. That kinda blew my mind but the family loved it and it was nice to sit down and eat. We’re a family on the go and sometimes our dining room is our vehicle.

I’m sick in bed with COVID and really just wanted a sub with avocado. I order online and send my hubby to pick it. He gets back and my melt isn’t melted at all, there’s no avocado and it’s thrown together in a paper bag so carelessly that everything is coming out of it. Also missing the appl juice I ordered. So I call and the woman who answered the phone was rude. She acted like it was my fault that the website let me order avocado slices even though they didn’t have it and then basically called me a liar when I told her that there was not smashed avocado on it. Also said it was my hubby’s responsibility to grab the juice, like there’s no such thing as customer service. I was a little rude back and hung up.. done anyone see any avocado?

These people have no idea how to read a ticket. Did not put veggies on the side for one sub, did not use the right sauce on the second sub. Didn’t have my meal ready had to ask for a drink then when I got home they didn’t even put the cookies in the bag. I called to let them know their mistake and they were adamant I needed to come back in when I said I will not be driving up there. They wouldn’t even refund the cookies even though I used a card they said I would have to come in and get cash. None of this was my fault so not sure what the attitude from the worker or his manager was about. I will drive to another city before I EVER order from them again.

I consistently get old bread at the Hastings MI location. I have started to get the flat bread to avoid this issue and I shouldn’t have to. I even have gone as far as requesting same day bread and the workers refuse. If I wanted old bread I would make a sandwich at home. The quality of the sandwich reduces significantly when you use stale bread.

I got out of work, and wanted to eat somewhere, when I went up to the door at 8:39 PM. The doors were locked and no one would let me in. You close at 9:00.
