This is my all time favorite restaurant. The quality of the food is out of this world and the staff are so kind and helpful. I highly recommend getting one of the fish specials in which you get one entire fish prepared in multiple different ways. This has changed how I view sushi. Even the western food is amazing. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough!

Had take out on 2.14.26, 610pm.
All the items were good except for the spicy salmon/tuna roll pictured here. My wife and I both tried one and it was fishy, not edible.
They were so busy I couldn’t ask for a refund. But, I Would not try sushi here again as the quality control doesn’t seem strict if they let spoiled sushi go out.
The ramen is ok although not really top tier. The pork cha siu does not taste fresh to me.

I had a mixed experience at Mihana Japanese Restaurant. The yakitori ribeye was absolutely amazing easily one of the best I’ve had in the area. Perfectly cooked, flavorful, and the highlight of the meal.
Unfortunately, everything else fell short. The ramen was very disappointing. Both the miso ramen and tonkotsu ramen tasted like watered-down broth with scallions and noodles almost like a basic noodle soup, with no depth or richness at all.
The crispy tuna was also a letdown. It tasted very fishy, which is not normal for fresh tuna and really took away from the dish.
I’d come back for the ribeye, but I’d skip the ramen and tuna next time.

The last business at one end of a large shopping center sadly making it somewhat invisible. Trying it out on the recommendation of some friends, it turned out to be a pleasant surprise! Clean and tidy interior with a separate bar and dining area with very comfortable seating. The staff and clients all made the visit seem relaxed and enjoyable. The food is best described by the other 5 star reviews. It is that good!

Decided for Mothers Day, I wanted sushi. My daughter had a nice lunch. Really enjoyed the cute,clean and inviting atmosphere. Food was very delicious. We started with the lettuce wraps. Ordered 3 sushi rolls and the highlight was the Mermaid roll! Perfect combination. Our server was very pleasant and attentive as well. Highly recommend this place. Prices also very reasonable in my opinion.

Just got dinner from this restaurant for the first, and last, time. Fried rice was tasteless… you can’t even taste rice. All you taste is a slight touch of sugar or brown sugar and no other taste at all. The “hibachi” shrimp was drowned in about 12 cloves of garlic. If you like to only taste garlic, this is for you. I had to put it away as soon as I opened it from overwhelming garlic. Eyes watered, nose started running and I also noticed they left the tails on so you have to take this messy, saucy shrimp and take the tails off yourself because they were too lazy to cut them off like other places do. I was told the sushi was ok.

Very high sushi quality. Probably the best on the island. Prices are on par with other good restaurants in Suffolk but the quality blows everyone else away.
Skewers are delicious, only minor complaint could be a bit more options but each was delicious.
Probably the least expensive way you’re going to try Wagyu and it was delicious.
No real complaints other than the table support is weird and enormous so foot room is extremely limited. Never seen a table like that before.

What an amazing experience at this restaurant! From the cozy atmosphere to the quality of the food, everything was perfect. But the best thing of the night was the service from Eli, the bartender, who is not only super friendly, but also knows exactly what to recommend based on your tastes. His cocktails are spectacular, with the perfect balance of flavor and presentation. Definitely a place I will return to and recommend 100%! If you go, ask for a recommendation from Eli, you won’t regret it.

The food is so good! First time here and Ivy was so helpful! She made it such a pleasant dinner. You have to try the crispy calamari! The sushi was so fresh! The miso soup was nice and hot! They even have chicken fingers for the kids! All portions are nice and big! Will definitely come back! Also try their drink specials! Place is my new go to!
