Postino was born in a historic 1940s-era Arizona post office in 2001 and has since been dedicated to giving customers a hyper-localized experience within the community. The menu offers wine from a bevy of varietals; a wide selection of beer on tap; a curated cocktail list; an eclectic selection of snacks, soups, salads, and paninis; over 12 different types of bruschetta; three gotta-have desserts; and a host of non-alcoholic beverage options.

I went to Postino this afternoon with my boyfriend and had such a great experience. The food was absolutely spectacular—everything was fresh and delicious. Our server, Elijah, was amazing and provided excellent service the entire time. The manager came by to check on us, and multiple other servers also stopped by to ask how our dinner was and if we needed anything, which made us feel really taken care of. Overall, it was an incredible experience with amazing food and outstanding service. We’ll definitely be back!

Went in on my bday because I heard abt their daily special of $6 wine glasses or pitchers of beer. I decided to try both, after all it’s 5:00 somewhere! Lol. I sat at the bar and the server was very friendly, just the right personality you would want behind the bar. I didn’t try any food as I had already had lunch, but everyone in there appeared to be enjoying their food, I’ll definitely go back and try some.

Meeting Chef Kash was a absolute thrill. He introduced us to some of their wonderful dishes. Our server, Stephanie, was so awesome. The experience for today was positive and memorable. The customer service is what made it even more enjoyable. The dessert, Hot Donut Dots, suggested by Chef Kash, changed my life. I had to take some photos of the meal and of Chef Kash. Lol. Looking forward to going back. This was my first time dining here.

I called in a pick up order almost 20 minutes before I arrived. I walked in and asked if the order was ready. The hostes told me they were packaging the order as we speak. 20 more minutes later I walked to the kitchen counter and inquired about my order. They handed me a bag I paid and I left. The soup had 3 or 4 table spoons in the cup. The shrimp scampi had 3 shrimp and what looked like an artichoke and the sandwich was decent. Food was cold, $40 dollars and they have the nerve to ask for a tip.

My husband and I recently traveled out of state and had the pleasure of dining at Postino, and it was truly an amazing experience from start to finish.
The atmosphere was welcoming and vibrant — the perfect spot to relax while on vacation. The food was absolutely incredible, and everything we tried exceeded our expectations.
A huge shoutout to our servers, Ethan and Danielle, who did an outstanding job! They took the time to thoroughly explain the menu and gave great recommendations on what paired best with both mocktails and beers. Their knowledge and enthusiasm made the experience even better. As vacationers, we especially appreciated that they also shared helpful tips on places to visit while we were in town.
Great service, fantastic food, and an awesome atmosphere — we couldn’t have asked for a better dining experience. We’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in town!

Met a friend for dinner/drinks tonight & we had a great experience! We enjoyed the bruschetta board (4 different flavors – apple/brie/fig was our fave), meatballs, shrimp scampi and the roasted cauliflower. The servers (all servers come to your table) were awesome, especially Karina. She was very attentive and sociable. She checked on us regularly and we were there for quite a while. Our reservation was at 5pm and they allowed us to order wine from the happy hour menu even though it technically ends at 5. It’s a very nice vibe/atmosphere inside too.

I’ve dined at Postino Ballantyne three times now, and overall, it’s a great spot—especially for a girl’s night out or a relaxed date night. The food is consistently good, and the atmosphere is stylish with a laid-back vibe. I especially appreciated the music playlist—everything from Sade to Rihanna, with a nice mix of genres that really added to the ambiance.
Our first visit was absolutely amazing. Stephanie, our waitress, provided outstanding service—warm, attentive, and clearly passionate about her work. If you’re heading here, I highly recommend requesting to be seated in her section. She made our night truly special.
Our second visit, however, was less enjoyable. We sat at the bar and were served by Alexis, whose attitude and lack of engagement were disappointing. Her customer service didn’t reflect the standard we had experienced previously. I did reach out to management about the experience because we genuinely wanted to give the place another shot.
Thankfully, Katie and Justin (the managers) invited us back, and our third visit was much better. It was a quiet, rainy evening, and Rachel, our bartender, was attentive and friendly—restoring our confidence in the service.
While service can vary depending on who you get, the management clearly cares about guest experience and is willing to make things right. I look forward to coming back again—and hopefully sitting in Stephanie’s section!

The customer service by entire staff is Top-Notch! Gabi, our server was friendly, knowledgeable, and very accommodating! Andrew, took over at end of our dining experience, and also was very attentive and accommodating! Naomi, the manager also spent time at our table and was very helpful in obtaining information on the gluten free bread! The food was all delicious, and highly recommend the mushroom fondue and kale salad! I also commend the restaurant for a nice selection of non-alcoholic beverages. The ambiance could use improvements in lighting, noise level, snd temperature.

My family and I order take out quite a bit from Postinos (Ballantyne) and we like a lot of their food. However, tonight we ordered the bruschetta board and specifically asked for heavy on the goat cheese. Nope! It was barely on there. Also, the other one’s that also had different cheeses on them as a base, were also very minimal/thinly spread. So much so, all you could see was the bread where the cheeses should have been. The cheese is the base of this snack and these are all about “balance”, so it really makes a difference. For example, the amount of mushrooms were appropriate on one of them, which was great, but it was missing cheese (so just bread and mushrooms). Needless to say, the entire flavor profile was lost. Added note: had to “hard” stems from the fresh herbs mixed in my mushroom bruschetta. Glad I caught them, could have choked.
Also we ordered skewer snacks (1 beef/1 chicken). The inside pieces on both were undercooked, compared to the outer pieces on the skewer. So a few of the chicken pieces were unbeatable. Unlike myself my husband can tolerate eating real pink beef, so he ended up eating 1/2 of my dish (but he did not prefer it).
Both of these issues have happened with one of our other recent orders as well, so being it wasn’t the first time, I felt it was appropriate to post this review.
They have some great dishes and flavor profiles, but if not executed correctly it can really make a difference on these dishes.
Hoping they will begin to pay better attention to “detail” before putting out their dishes (quality over just slapping out food on a plate to get it out). Unfortunately, not our best visit. Hoping to get some consistent orders here soon, so I can come back and post a positive review.
