I had an amazing experience at Bartaco! The margaritas were absolutely top-notch—perfectly balanced, not too sweet, and super refreshing. You can tell they use fresh ingredients, and the flavor really stands out. The tacos were just as impressive—packed with flavor, served fresh, and with a great variety to choose from. Each bite was delicious, from the tender proteins to the creative toppings. The atmosphere was fun and relaxed, making it the perfect spot for a casual night out. The cauliflower taco is a must, and the mushroom and falafel taco are close seconds. I ate at the location in North Highland years ago and I’m glad that I’m frequenting again at this location and the one on Roswell road.

OMG!! When I tell you I freaking LOVE this place!! My 1st visit here and I’m Absolutely Sold The Food Amazing! The Vibe Amazing! The Service Amazing! Between Darron(Manager) and Sydney(our Server) I don’t know who I Loved More They were Soooo Awesome! The whole time I was there I was literally anticipating my next visit! The bite size tacos are amazing. They are the perfect size to get more than one. The warm lobster taco and the gazpacho alone are worth revisiting. The staff is plentiful but you have to wave then down for assistance. We saw our original server twice the whole evening. But the other team members were helpful and accommodating.

First time ever going to this location. I’ve been to other locations over the years. We ordered the falafel, duck, fish, mushroom tacos. We ended up sending everything back except the fish and falafel. The manager was very kind and understood our concerns about what we were served. The guacamole was excellent though! Overall the manager made the experience better than what it was.

The service, the food, the tacos- everything… 10/10 I HIGHLY recommend. We had some of everything! The Sangria was good & all the tacos were so good. The Brussels sprout, fried oyster & pork belly were my favs but the fish was up there too!! On the Brussels sprouts, there’s a carrot puree & pepitas and pickled onions- the flavors are amazing. The pork belly is glazed, it has the perfect, flavorful bite. I was literally in taco heaven! The roasted chicken is huge and seasoned/roasted to perfection, it’s served with a a very fresh green Chile sauce. The kale Caesar salad, also great! Not pictured, I had the key lime in a jar (loved it) & all of my friends had the churros, they are served with a vanilla & chocolate sauce, they loved them.
The location is cashless which I also loved. You scan a QR code on the table to place your order. You add your credit card up front and it’s charged a small deposit. Once you place your order (you can order more later), you’ll see your check on your phone. Once you’re done, you pay your check and the small deposit is returned. I love the convenience!!
This location is right in front of the mellow mushroom with a parking lot on the side and behind the building.

We loved bartaco and it’s the first choice place to take anyone who is visiting from out of town. Five star margaritas and the food hits every time. Our only thing is you better order EVERYTHING you want on the first send when ordering in your phone. We always have complications for anything (especially food) that’s ordered from the phone in a second round. Overall, the vibes are always great here. Great crowd day or night, the outdoor patio is a vibe, the vinings location is fun since it’s technically in Vinings Jubilee. This is an Atlanta staple.
