Good for a quick and easy meal. When you dont have much time and need to feed multiple people. But the food often matches the price. It can be yummy and delicious, but also not the highest quality. The staff are always amazing. Theyre friendly and try to help you as fast as they can. My favorite item is the crazy bread. Sometimes they have a deal where you can get 2 crazy breads for about $4.50 and thats definitely worth it!

As far as atmosphere goes, LC is utilitarian. I am not saying there is anything wrong with that. This place serves pizza hot, ready, to go.
We walked King and waited a moment. The nice lady was waiting on a party of four ahead of us. Another nice lady came out the back to bring pizzas that were ready and to check the hot and ready pies.

I ordered our pizza, it was ready just after the ready for pickup time frame. I walked into the Little Ceasars Pizza in Lebanon, no employee greeted me upon entering their location. Their prices are aligned with the quality and portions of the pizza they provided for me at pickup.

I ordered online 20min before I got there. Had to knock on the drive through window to get service. They tell me my order isn’t ready yet and shut the window. She comes back later, says it’s still not ready, offers me a brownie, and says they dropped my crazy bites and had to remake them, I say cool fine no problem…. Then she shuts the window and comes back, after more waiting she tries to hand me an incomplete order and pull me around front. I politely decline and wait even longer. Then, I finally get my complete order and get home with my food and, well, see for yourself. You tell me if that’s acceptable.

Out of the dozen or so little Ceasars I’ve been to “regularly” throughout my life; this one is the worse. Either over sauced , burnt or flat dough. Today was oversauced and the sauce was so spicy; I ate 1 slice and will unlikely visit ever again.

Because I am homeless right now from loss of my job as in home care giver for my brother, due to an amputation he is still rehabbing and will be home soon. Lebanon, Oregon has basically wagged a war on all the homeless people in this small town. Businesses are rude, hostile, disrespectful, will not refund your money back or offer any compensation for not only one pizza but two horrible deliberately made pizzas. Second pizzas deliberately made worst than the first one. Oh!!! the reason stated from one employee was that they have had money issues because employees had been stealing. The manager or owner still has yet to call me.
All Though,,, Little Caesars Corporation has called me. Quite promptly I might add Details and information are still being exchanged with corporate office and myself. I’m sure this is not the ends of this very ugly incident. P.S. WHO DID DECLARE WAR ON THE HOMELESS??????? The Mayor should be able to answer this; i hope

Update: We ended up calling. We were told we could go there right now and they’d remake it if we bring in the pizza and receipt. We’re not doing that now. We were then told we could stick it in the oven for 10 minutes. Okay… Went down to 1 star.
I’ve got low expectations of Little Caesars, so I’ll start with that. Just wanted a nasty little pizza tonight. Ordered one stuffed crust pepperoni. Picking it up was a journey. They never put it in the portal thing, but completely disregarded us when we went in. Literally took 10 minutes to get them to hand us our pizza.
It was cold, but whatever. My problem is the raw dough. I thought it was cheese, but the cold cheese doesn’t stretch. The dough however… Ew. Not worth calling because they won’t do anything, they don’t care.

Absolutely DISGUSTING !!! Customer service was TERRIBLE. The wait was supposed to be 10 mins but this heavy ginger man was trying to have a conversation with me and wasted 30 mins of MY time just for a stupid 8 dollar pizza. He wanted my number and wouldn’t leave me alone. On top of that, I got my pizza burnt, flat, and nasty. I didn’t bother to asked for a new one because this creep freaked me out. Never going there again. ♀️

I online ordered 2 pizzas, 2 orders crazy bread combo, and 3 m&m brownies. We did not receive the sauce or the brownies. The manager graciously refunded for the entire amount. I wasn’t expecting that. We have been customers for many years and have never had any problems. This is an example of good customer retension. Thank you.
