Ordered food on the mobile app at 9 it took 5 mins to get there but sat there for a Lil more then 30 min at the drive thru window waiting for any of my food ….Seams they were jamming out to loud music in the back with all the drive thru windows open.. poor service…. definitely not fast

Lies!! All j wanted was a lg coke and a Brownie Oreo fusion guy comes on and say sorry sir we are out of everything and sure when we will get more we only have reg frost so I said fine lg please I pull up to the window and behold Oreo mix the brownie batter and a couple of others on top of the frost machine. Not only did he lie he did so cause he was lazy and not only that the frosty was water down. Great job guys!!!

Ignored at window for @ 5 min while employees gossiping. Had to pull forward for food. Got home wrong food. Called no answer. Drove back waiting at window with no acknowledgement for several minutes. Finally got their attention…they opened the window gave me the correct food and shut the window. Unreal.

14 dollars for a meal and only the drink was satisfying. Gave back the wrong change large fries were burnt, half full meaning a small size and seemed too be scrapped from the bottom of fryer asiago chicken consisted of a piece of lettuce a sliver of a tomato and the chicken so much for spending the extra money… no receipt either

I try to give the benefit of the doubt but EVERY SINGLE TIME I come to this location I almost never get what I paid for. The ladies in there are also snobby at the window. Idk what that’s all about. Drive a little north and just go to Bellevue. You’ll at least get what you paid for.

Check that your order is correct before you leave. Awful service have ordered several times before posting a review. Every time we order something is missing and staff has attitude problem when pointing out their mistakes gave us expired coupons to fix the issue thanks for nothing. If i was you i’d skip off to the next town for a wendy’s.

Ordered baconator fries today and when I reached the window I was told that “we are out of cheese and bacon for the fries” which whatever so I asked if I could have a refund for my order and was told that they can’t and that I would have to go through the app. She then completed the order on the app which I thought was odd but I didn’t wanna accuse her of lying off the bat if that was the case but I could tell the worker was already mad about something and had a very hard time believing that they did not have ANY cheese or ANY bacon so I went ahead and called the store sure enough what do they have?!? Bacon and cheese in stock at that current moment 5 minutes after I was told they DID NOT. This Wendy’s has been shit for years truly the worst one around 20+ wait time for drivers on delivery orders wasting their time as well as mine this needs fixed and needs fixed now been too long without any resolution.

Disgusting.. Ordered 2 breakfast baconators this morning. One came with just meat, the other meat and egg only on stale, nasty bread. The wedges were already getting cold. The only thing hot way sons French toast sticks and they looked to be over cooked. The only thing right with out meal was the drinks, and the orange juice came pre bottled. Will be comming back for a refund and I hope they argue over the fact that they didnt give us a reciept.

There has been a few instances that this wendys is severely lacking. A few months ago, I had ordered dinner for my family of six, 2 of the sandwiches were chicken. The lady at the drive thru window said “you’re really ruining my day”… which could have been a joke but had a serious face. Just recently ordered a Dave’s double, the lettuce seemed old and the patties were very dry, my large fries was half full as well. The parking lot is falling apart, hit one of the largest potholes driving up to the drive thru speaker.
Some workers are very nice and kind but, there is problems that are very apparent in the quality of the food.
