The food I ordered is not good. I ordered orange chicken, and when I got home after 10 minutes, the food was sticky, had no flavor, and lacked the orange scent like other places where I’ve eaten. The meat was a bit tough. I don’t know if all the food is like this, but the one I ordered is not good.

The food is delicious. Fresh, made right there as you wait. I had the General Tso and fried rice…. The rice was some of the best rice I’ve ever had at a Chinese restaurant. Price was fair. Portion size was really good. The bowl it comes in is packed super full and it’s heavy…I made 2 meals out of it and got full both times. Definitely recommend

I dine at Hot Wok restaurant in West Palm Beach almost everyday for the past 5 years or so. I always have a fantastic experience dining alone. From the moment I walk in, I feel incredibly welcomed as always.
The ambiance is bright, clean, and comfortable, making for a very relaxing solo meal. The restaurant is immaculate, and the general atmosphere was very pleasant… I love to refill the drinks in the cooler while I am waiting for my food which is ready in fairly quickly ( about 10 minutes)..
The service is impeccable. The staff were attentive, friendly, and efficient, ensuring I have everything I need without being intrusive.
There is a large selection in the menu to choose from, but my favorite is always chicken with broccoli or Chicken with mixed vegetables. At times I try different choices in the menu, each meal is more enjoyable than the previous making you wanna buy everything…. The portion size is very generous for the price, offering excellent value.
Overall, I highly recommend Hot Wok to anyone in the area. It is a wonderful dining experience,. Don’t forget their homemade tea. That one will make you speechless.

I have tried this chinese spot over the years. I had ordered some through uber eats because I was craving chinese food and my go to spot was closed so I ordered from here. In general, the food seems to be premade in large amounts and then dumped into containers and stored for later. My General Tsos was all clumped together, chewy and the batter was slightly undercooked on one side (this is typical for frozen food that is fried). The flavor was okay, not the best i’ve had but definitely not the worst (the taste is comparable to frozen orange chicken.) The sauce that the broccoli is covered in is way too sweet and doesn’t do much for adding flavor to it, it would be fine without it. The Lo Mein I have tried for many years to enjoy it from this place, I always give it a chance but for some reason it is DRENCHED in a brown sauce that is extremely salty. The flavor isn’t that good as compared to several other chinese restaurants. (China City on congress and forest hill or Tokyo Peking on forest hill and jog make some incredible Lo Mein and food in general. Always made fresh to order.) Like, every single time i’ve ordered it it’s just a sloppy soggy mess of noodles, doesn’t taste fresh at all but still edible i guess. As for the pan fried dumplings, they may have been buy one get one free but they are a miserable excuse of pan fried dumplings, they’re literally undercooked. It’s in between being steamed and pan fried and not only that but burnt as well…if you’re going to be paying $40+ for all this food it better be delicious cause not only am i disappointed in the food but myself for being gullible enough to spend money on this spend it at the places i listed above that will make food with love and higher quality for MUCH CHEAPER instead of this…

Very happy with my order! Not only is the food delicious, but the establishment was clean and neat. I was able to use my credit card for under $10 which is extremely convenient since the lunch special is only $6.45. my coworkers and I are impressed!

Spent $100 on DoorDash for the orange chicken and general Tso(ordered spicy came bland with not burn) meal to taste like air and came cold. The pork fried rice tasted like it was fried in century old oil. The fried potstickers, honey garlic wings, spare ribs and egg rolls were a 10/10 and was the only reason I gave two stars.

Absolutely disgusting. General tsos chicken was gooey and had no flavor or spice. Mix soup was tasteless and super thick. White rice was so mushy. Waste of money.
