Expensive but the food was really good. Keep an eye out for deals, they have 2 sandwiches for $30 on Thursdays.
The chipotle chicken sandwich was incredibly delicious. They have 1 vegetarian option which is basically just a caprese salad in a bun. Wish they had a bit more variety in that regard but if you don’t have that restriction, I highly recommend this place.
Be aware, parking can be difficult depending on time of day.

I have to give this place 5 stars because you can’t go wrong with a perfect sandwich spot. I got the tomato basil soup, pink lemonade and chipotle chicken sandwich and they’re as delicious as they sound. The chicken in the sandwich was my favorite part, it was crispy, not too salty and left room for the other flavors of the sandwich to bloom. 10/10 would recommend.

I got the pesto chicken sandwich, and it was packed with flavor — super fresh and really well-balanced. My girlfriend ordered the burrata and prosciutto sandwich, and she loved it. Both sandwiches tasted like something from a spot that’s been perfecting their menu for years.
The fries were perfectly crispy, and all the sauces were great, which made everything even better.
One thing FIU students will appreciate: they offer a discount when you show your FIU ID, which is a nice bonus and makes it an even better spot to grab food between classes.
Overall, SNDWCH is a great addition to the area. If you’re around FIU and want quality food with great service, this is definitely the place. I’ll 100% be coming back, definitely my new favorite spot.

SNDWCH is so good it honestly surprised me. I got the prosciutto and burrata sandwich, and it was amazing super fresh, the bread was perfect, and the flavors were literally chef’s kiss. My boyfriend ordered the pesto chicken sandwich and he couldn’t stop talking about how good it was.

We got the prosciutto burrata sandwich and the cuban sandwich and they were both amazing! It is on the pricier side but the quality of the meat and cheeses is amazing, and honestly the portions are very good. There is also a 20% discount for FIU students which is a major plus!

Genuinely the best sandwich I’ve had. I got the prosciutto goat cheese and caesar salad with fries, and my mom built her own sandwich half and half with tomato soup! Everything was absolutely delicious and the service was amazing!! Everyone is so kind and welcoming. I will be coming back and telling my friends about this restaurant!
