We visited the location at Midway and 25th. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The location was clean. Upon approaching the register the staff made a few suggestions, one of which was their $6 deal. I opted to follow her suggestion and glad that I did. This was a very pleasant meal and so happy that we chose this Popeyes location for lunch.

I love eating Popeyes Chicken, but I would stay away from this location. Very rude employees and they don’t pay attention to the dine in customer. They only attend to the drive thru. No kids for the drinks, they don’t pay attention to what you ask for and then make errors on your order. No napkins offered and it took them over 10 mins to even asked us how they can help us. This location needs new people working here that understand the meaning of true customer service. Shame on Popeyes.

Been here twice. Service is terrible. Went thru drive thru. Told to park while order is prepared. Waited…. Waited…. And waited. Finally my grandson went in and the order was sitting there for Who knows how long. There were 3 of us that were told to park. All THREE had to GO INSIDE to get their order!! What’s the point of drive thru?? Zero stars

The front counter lady was so awesome and friendly. Love her attitude and disposition. The food was fresh and delicious. Parking was only 1 side of restaurant but accessible. The store and parking lot was clean. Getting in and out is a little tricky especially at night but not a deal breaker.

Tonya was amazing and a breath of fresh air! The last two times i have visited the popeyes at 25th and midway this week she has been fast, polite, courteous, and knowledgeable about the menu. Glad I had her recommendations. She deserves a raise!

I placed an order on the mobile app for popcorn shrimp. My order came out to 11.76 when I get there the tall boy at the window said “ we no longer sell that I can give you tenders.” When I said I don’t eat tenders can I get a 2 piece meal it was the exact same price he said “ I’m not allowed to do that” when I asked to speak to a manager he said I am the manager. And I was told I can’t do that. You would need to call your bank for a refund. How can you not substitute an order for the exact same price. And if you don’t have something at your restaurant why still have it on your menu.

Ordered four chicken sandwiches order took over 30 minutes because they only had enough chicken cooked for two. By the time the other two were done, the first two were ice cold called the area supervisor to complain. She asked me to send her the receipt so she could have them remake the order and never heard from anyone again. Service is terrible from the staff right up to upper management.
