We enjoy eating here. The pizza is always hot, fresh and delicious. The steak and cheese was not good at all. It has absolutely not flavor. The only issue I have is you really need to check your order. I have had several times where items were ordered and when we got home realized we never received them. Our orders are sometimes wrong as well. BUT the pizza is really good so we will continue to go there just make sure the check entire order before you leave.

1st Timer Alert! I ordered online and arrived like 10 minutes earlier. It was super busy, as I was waiting, I observed the front register staff working hard and being so professional and nice to every guest. My pizza came out on time. I arrived home and my meal was delicious. I’ll drive 20 minutes for a good pizza and great customer service. Kudos to the staff that worked today 2/26/25 at 5:00ish. Keep up the good work!

I bought an extra large, thinking it would feed my family of three, it definitely didn’t. The slices were pathetic. All around tasted good. I will not be back for an extra large pizza at $20. It wasn’t worth the money.

From personal to feeding the whole family. The ingredients are fresh in the pizza is satisfying. The topping choices are good enough. I consistently like to go there when I’m in Durham. The only downside it’s just cash and carry. If it was up to me I’d put in two small tables though. I think other Marcos places I’ve been to do have on-site dining. This place does not.

First time trying pizza from here, I will say it was good, pizza was great. We decided to get the special with two medium pizza cheeses bread and a 2ltr bottle. The only thing was that theirs only on person in the front, answering calls, taking walk in orders and handling the orders online pick up. It’s not about multitasking, it’s just it seems to be busy and for one person it’s not fair. I know a lot of places of short of staff and I get it, I just feel that they should have at least two people at the front helping each other making the customers come and go with their orders. But overall she was very nice and was patience.

Pizza is okay, but service is terrible. Ordered here once for an advanced pickup ordered 4-6 hours ahead and when I got to the store they hadn’t started making my pizza and I ended up waiting 45 minutes to get my pizza.
Today, I ordered online an hour ahead and when I got to the store they did not have my order and told me they mistakenly sent it with a door dash driver. The next person who came in was told the exact same thing.
Next person that came in had placed their 1 pizza order 45 minutes earlier over the phone and was told the only thing in their system was a drink and no pizza.
Been here for 45 minutes so far waiting for my order to be made……fingers crossed that it ever happens.

Delivery was fast, the pizza was hot, and the slices were big enough to actually fill you up. If you’re craving real, satisfying pizza, Marco’s is definitely worth it — I’d give it a solid 9/10!
