Quality and portions are great. I ordered a pernil (pork) sandwich and my wife ordered tres golpes. Absolutely delicious with her special sauce. Service was wonderful. It really felt that i was back at my abuelas house. Highly recommended. If you’re in a rush do yourself a favor and call ahead. Everything is made to order. Give her a hug after your meal. Thank you again and we will definitely be back!

For just a little hole in the wall, this cute little puerto rican cuisine was absolutely wonderful and a very traditional. And such a friendly family to do business with. It was quite a pleasure.
And I would recommend it to anyone

Definitely worth a try if you’re in the area. We had the beef/cheese and pernil/cheese empanads. Delicious and huge. My wife had the Sancocho wilhich came with white rice. She is super picky with her food and she liked it. I had the Cuban sandwich and it was huge (mind you the picture was after eating 3 pieces lol). They put their twist on it using their mayoketchup sauce (which they also have a spicy version-delicious) and the toastyness of the bread made a perfect combo. More than enough for two people. The lady was super nice and friendly. It’s not a huge place and not the fanciest, but the food was worth it. It’s definitely a unique, not chain, style taste, which is a plus

Amazing!!! Everything is absolutely wonderful, quick service, the woman there cooks everything herself, serves us herself, amazing personality very happy. Only 20$ for me and my dad, the bowl my dad has in this picture is only a sample! After he was done she gave him a giant bowl of it!! Love this place!!

Un Sueño exceeded our expectations in multiple ways. It was highly rated and sounded like good food, which drew us in at first. The restaurant is unassuming from both the outside and inside. However, the service and food blew us away.

The woman who works there (I wish I had caught her name) was a delight and treated us so warmly. We felt welcome, not just for our business, but as people.

The food: mic drop. We ordered the Cubano sandwich, the Tripleta sandwich (same as the Cubano, but with the addition of chicken), a chicken empanada, and pancakes, eggs, and toast. The sandwiches and empanada were gigantic and unbelievably delicious. You can tell it’s made fresh and in-house.

We were in Florida for one week on vacation and this was the best food we had all week. Highly, highly recommend. Next time we visit Orlando, we will seek out Un Sueño for a meal (or two)!

Amazing place. Dinky little spot in an old strip mall. But the empanadas were the best I’ve ever had, and I routinely search for empanadas when I’m somewhere new. These were great! The lady running the place by herself was incredibly friendly. We ordered the beef empanadas, but she brought us a pulled pork as well, wanting us to try it. Both were great, but the pulled pork was the real standout. They were probably the largest empanadas that I’ve ever had as well. And the place was so inexpensive!
There are not enough stars to rate this place!!!!

My girlfriend and I had our first date here, and the food and service was so good we decided go on a second date. We moved in together about a month ago.

This place is the best puerto rican restaurant in volusia county.

And thank you to the Abuelita who made our food.

This restaurant is a cute little place nudged away in a tiny little strip mall. You have to be careful or you will miss it. It’s very homey and the woman who cooks the food. Must be the owner in the mother matriarchal figure. Probably call her Mamacita. Lol

The food is phenomenal and all the ingredients are fresh. I’d highly recommend coming here for lunch or dinner.
