Found this ramen place close to our Hoboken AirBnB as it was walking distance. Easy to find and some street parking if you drive in. The restaurant was decent. Plenty of tables and good for groups. There are some outdoor seating as well if it’s crowded or nice outside.
My family tried the below:
-Miso Ramen – broth was ok, not my favorite.
-Tonkotsu Ramen – broth is ok, not my favorite. I guess I like to have a little spiciness in my soup and we didn’t choose the spicy Tonkotsu instead.
-Pan-fried Vegetable Gyoza – I thought it was good but my kids said it was ok.
-Chicken Katsu Curry Rice plate – my son said it was ok but he didn’t finish it.
-Tan Tan Ramen – broth was very good and plenty of ingredients
The one thing I don’t like is thin ramen noodles but that’s me. Everyone has their favorites. Sometimes Japanese ramen places like it thin. Service was friendly, attentive and maybe our server was the owner but he was funny.

I use to order from here all the time. And was in the mood for Udon. I remembered muteki had a beef Udon. However i wish i never ordered from here. My udon was disgusting!! The beef had 90% fat with 10% meat. Its nauseating to eat a bowl of beef fat in your udon. I did not finish it and threw it out! What a waste of money and time..I will not be wasting my time ordering from here again, the audacity to serve customers slop like this is disrespectful and shows they don’t have any integrity. If I was a patron inside i know they wouldn’t had done this considering i would had been able to confront them about it.

This was my first time here, and I will definitely be coming back again. I originally planned to order takeout and eat in front of my TV since the weather was too cold outside. The owner/manager came over and suggested dining in instead, explaining that the ramen noodles wouldn’t taste the same if taken to go. I decided to trust him, and he was absolutely right.
The ramen noodles came out hot and fresh. I ordered the Thai green curry, which is a great option if you’re looking for a spicy chicken noodle soup. He was very friendly and took the time to explain everything in detail, recommending dishes and encouraging me to try something different next time. He also mentioned that the noodles, broth, and protein can always be substituted, and the spice level can be adjusted as well.
I’ll definitely be back again soon!

Delicious Ramen stop for a no-frills, comforting experience. The Bao buns are fire & their ramen is perfectly slurpy goodness. This should be the stop for your next craving.

Authentic flavors in the spicy Tonkotsu Ramen I tried, super happy with the choice. They have a good variety of ramens available and the service time was around 5 minutes, and they never let you finish your water even halfway before coming and filling it up Two small comments:
– I couldn’t tell first if the restaurant is open or not, there are some equipment lying around next to the entrance in the building, which suggested it goest through remodeling—but I was wrong.
– Atmosphere inside is nice, the tables outside are super-wobbly, so make sure your soup won’t end up on your shirt on a wrong move.

Love this place. First time visiting. We were a party of 4. For appetizers we ordered the Tempura shrimp buns and the fried chicken bites. The main dishes were all Ramen. I ordered mines with fried chicken , pork, egg and noodles. Forgot to mention that their noodles are done right at the restaurant. Delicious. For dessert we ordered the Strawberry Mochi . The staff was super friendly and with smiles. I am definitely coming back.

perfect spot to get all warmed up and satisfied especially during these cold winter days!
we started off with their takoyakis and cucumber salad and they definitely worked up our appetites! i thoroughly enjoyed the cucumber salad-perfect dressing and very good crunch!
All the ramens we ordered had delicious broth, chewy noodles and savory meat! Portions were perfect too.
I appreciate the space and that we were comfy enough to bring our baby’s stroller in without feeling so tight. Service was timely and efficient too! overall a very good experience!

I ordered takeout ramen from Muteki Ramen, which can sometimes be tricky, but I was pleasantly surprised. While they only have one vegetarian option, it would be great to see more no-meat choices on the menu. However, the ramen was delicious! The tofu and vegetables were perfectly cooked, the broth was hearty, and the noodles tasted fresh.
The service was excellent—ordering was quick, and my food was ready when I arrived. The restaurant always looks clean, which is a definite plus. Overall, I was very satisfied with the food and quality. I highly recommend this place if you’re okay with just one vegan option on the menu.

Excellent ramen spot! I love ramen but my boyfriend is meh about it. After trying Muteki Ramen hes the first to ask for ‘ramen from that one good place’ LOL. I consider that a win in my books. Definitely give it a try, the staff is also very friendly.

So, reviewing for a friend because he doesnt have an account, he walks in, sits down, orders on grubhub because he is a college student and doesnt have cash but Stevens (the local college) gives the students some money to use off campus. After sitting down and ordering food one of the staff come up and tell him that if he eats his food here they will have to charge him an extra 20% because he ordered on grubhub so he has to sit as his other friends eat and his food sits in a bag getting cold. Anyway, if you come here as a college student, dont order on grubhub unless you want to pay an extra 20% to have the ability to eat your food instead of walking out into a blizzard and eating your food cold and soaked. Oh also they were the only people there so seating was not the issue.
