Completely baffled on the service given to us through the drive thru the morning of 12/28/25. Tried to order a standard menu drink with one modification. The drive thru employee must have been having a bad week because this one request sounded like the biggest problem she had ever heard… Not only were we given immediate attitude for trying to order a drink we had ordered multiple times before, but we were made to feel belittled by the employee as we tried to make her understand. She continued with the rudeness and we took our business elsewhere. Crazy to think we’ve been going somewhere since they open almost everyday just to have it ruined by one cranky person!!

Typical Starbucks. Drive thru is fairly quick. Pleasant staff. Wish they had a menu to look at before you get to the order screen. It’s changing all the time and I often see something right after I order.

Quick and easy coffee and gift cards. Most people.use the drive thru but we always go in. The Baristas are really nice and there are always a few people teleworking, making it very user friendly. Great place to hold a small meeting.

Quick, polite, and easy! Nice atmosphere, I read the managers mission while waiting for my coffee and I think she has everyone’s best interest at heart. The staff was attentive and friendly.

I have to begin by saying I visited this location at 4:50 in the morning my way to work. I got there and pulled up to the drove through about 10 minutes before the location opened at 5 am. I rolled down the window and waited for them to open. While it did take them exactly until 5am to openly acknowledge me and ask for my order they did so with a great attitude.
The nice barrista at the drive through took my order which was 3 coffees. She was so patient. I had to wait until my coworker responded with exact details of her drink and the overly barrista was so great about it.
When I got to the drove through I got a nice (although understandably tired) smile and the most friendly service. I think once 5am rolled around they took my order and I was headed to worked with two piping hot coffees and one perfectly iced non dairy within about 8 minutes.
I feel like given how early I arrived that I received great service. The coffees were terrific and I greatly appreciate the customer service and the high quality I received. Thankyou Starbucks!!!!

Usually I enjoy coffee from this Starbucks but I literally just ordered a Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino and it was not any type of Frappuccino I’ve ever had. It is so runny and almost room temperature! I’m Super annoyed because my mom and friend both got the Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino and theirs was delicious with no issues. And to make it worse we sat and waited ten minutes just for MINE after they had already gotten theirs at the drive-thru ! Cars were even pulling off because they was tired of waiting. Step up your game Starbucks!
