We placed an online order tonight and were very disappointed. The serving was much smaller than normal. There was barely any meat, and we found only two pieces of lettuce. It was also completely cold. Additionally, it was packaged that it leaked out through the bottom of the bag onto my lap and feet. Definitely was not worth the price we paid for it.

After today, I’m just done with Chipotle. I’ve been going to this location for probably 15 years at this point, close to their opening. In the beginning this place was great. Food was reasonably priced, staff were really good at what they did, and the flavor was spot on.
Today and previous recent visits have been nothing but disappointment. $31 for 2 entrees , drink and chips. My wife and I were driving home after a long day and I’ve usually been able to eat burritos while driving. I ordered the asada and some guac. Half the amount of rice since I know sometimes overloading burritos is a lot.
The person wrapping my burrito put so much cheese on that she couldn’t close it. Not even close. They needed a second wrap which spread all of the toppings everywhere, creating a long tube-like burrito. I understand that sometimes the burritos are just too full for some staff, so as I usually do in that situation I suggested just throwing it in a bowl but I was looked at like I was causing an inconvenience. They proceeded to double wrap it and still spill portions the toppings (the up-charged Carne Asada and up-charged guac).
So I took my burrito 45 minutes home and ate my blandly flavored cold cheese-tortilla. monstrosity. I’m done with this Chipotle, and probably every Chipotle. Even if I typically grab a salad – the flavor, and the price you pay just isn’t worth it. Bye Chipotle nobody needs that much cheese

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this was by far the worst experience I have had here. The girl making our food in the first half of the line was very rude from the beginning, every time we asked for something she would stare with an annoyed expression for a few seconds before adding it. She kept looking us up and down like we were disgusting her, I felt very uncomfortable and was just trying to be as polite as I could at that point. While we were eating our food, we could see that she was treating the people in line after us similarly. Additionally, the person putting together my boyfriend’s burrito in the second half of the line did a very lazy job, half of the contents were falling out of it before he even got to open it, but the rude customer service is the biggest problem in my opinion.

Quite disappointed. Usually when I go into chipotle or get a pick up order it’s better than this. I couldnt properly eat the burrito I ordered because it fell apart as I took it out of the foil. The photo is what I could salvage, and that was if I held it tightly. Even with that it still fell apart.

Service here has definitely declined. I wanted to order steak but they were out and didn’t seem inclined to try to see if any was ready. The other girls in the line were unfriendly. No “thank you” at checkout. Sorry Chipotle, too many other options!

Perfect location for chipotle . Outside dining area is neat and facing the road traffic(if it concerns for some). Inside dining area is well maintained and large spaces with lot of tables and chairs. Staffs are attentive , somehow I did not like the taste of the bowl I ordered here. Quantity is ok and not a bad choice for a quick stop.

Okay, I read a lot of these reviews before coming here and I personally had the best experience. They LOADED up my bowl. The food was hot and fresh. I never had an issue when coming in the store. Online orders though at any chipotle isn’t that great, BUT when you go inside everyone is very friendly and the food is great. I used to go to the Hanover location, but due to how excellent everything was today at the Chambersburg location I rather go here. Thank you everyone for the great service and a delicious carnita bowl!!

I now have food poisoning. Ive had it for days after eating chipotle. Putting this here as a warning just go into the store dont order the food off door dash. Make sure it’s all made fresh. On a side note step it up chipotle real talk

the girl w a scorpion tattoo on her neck in the drive thru pick up is rude & my food is dented w food coming out the sides… im normally not the type to leave bad reviews but it’s important to treat people kindly… especially when they’re being nice to you.
